There were a few issues along the way and the experience was not completely straightforward, but the company remained calm, professional, and polite throughout. The work was carried out to a decent standard, and in the end we were able to reach an amicable solution.

They were a little on the expensive side, but overall they achieved a result and handled things professionally.

The materials and installation - when it finally happened - are good and professionally done. The administration was chaotic and unprofessional and for this reason I would advise using another company

We called them to replace a broken glass on a sash window. The process was smooth but after that repair, the window does not open anymore. Nobody notified me. I tried to call them several times - also to receive a final invoice - but they don’t pick up my calls anymore.

The customer service was excellent.

David listened attentively to my problem and offered to send out a surveyor. The surveyor came up with a much better solution than I had previously been offered by other companies. This was not a standard double glazed unit. They dealt directly with Building Control on my behalf. They sourced what was needed and returned and fitted the unit. This unit was signed off by Building Control the next day, it had failed twice previously.

Every member of staff was polite, efficient and professional.

I would highly recommend this company.
