Staff behind the support email also replied very quickly to my enquiry and were happy to help.

Easy to use the app & get in the queue. I had connection issues with the doctor a couple of times which may be my wifi. Otherwise got the medication I needed & very happy with the service.

Minimal wait time, can generally book and be seen within 5-10 minutes. Great advice, readily available prescriptions and reasonably priced. Good if you need to see a Doctor same day and when needed, rather than having to book in advance.

These are Gp's who are interested in you, ask questions and discuss options even. Hardly any waiting times, you can get a med.cert or consult within minutes. Really like to use this service.

So easy to book and the price is great too. Each time I've used it, the doctors have been fantastic.

Unless you absolutely need to see you GP face to face, I'd suggest using Instant Consultant.
