Well I purchased the advanced pro package from icm for the price of $1,299 USD in 02/03/2022. I've sent emails, made phone calls and even tried texting ICM to get access to my upgrade account as advertised. Unfortunately I only received crickets.

I sign up lWednesday august 17 after being in communication with the site for a few days. They offer me a $400 promotion to sign up they were helpful up into I sent the bitcoin transfer then went ghost. No responds to text, email nor phone calls.no refund as well at this point I am getting the Fed’s involved.

They had my previous complaint deleted stating they have been trying to contact me. I have no responds to my emails, no voicemails and no text messages back. Nor has my funds been returned.

Still no accounts, still being ignored when I email or post to telegram. STILL can't get a refund or an answer as to where my money that I paid went to...because it sure as hades hasn't been applied to my account nor returned. And you would think after asking for the receipt for it at least 5 times now....they would have found out where it was placed. Instead, they decided to ice me out and make matters worse than they already were. They had nothing in their bylaws when I signed up about keeping funds if they don't like what you post about them like George likes to claim, ive read it entirely more than once. And to take something and provide nothing but lies, stalls, and more lies....what does that sounds like to you? They are supposed to pay me from when I paid them....thats feb 2 and mar 9 of LAST YEAR on a pro account for myself and my husband. So im not talking a small amount of money here, even with the dip bitcoin took.

On one of my first posts here, I posted the payment code for two of the 4 payments. Yes, I had to make 1600 in 4 payments. But my point is, they got their money, I am still waiting on mine.

Someone please make them at least show where my money is at and where it went. It not in my accounts for my family. I'm tired of being ignored 🙁

Since writing my first Review nothing has improved. Keep getting Emails trying to sell me one of their Contracts, which are the same as the one I bought from them but they never activated it. Read many similar Complaints here where the the same thing has happened.

The latest Scam is how they promise a "30 Day Refund Policy" after your Account has been activated, except they don't activate anything. Thus you send them money, nothing happens so they don't have to refund you because you don't have an active Account. Catch 22 in other words.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

InstantCloudMining failed to upgrade my account after payment was confirmed and received by the company. They never responded to my calls, text messages or emails after I made payment for my upgrade. They are not active and honest. They have now stolen from me and disappeared after contacting me many times to offer upgrades.

If I could leave a negative 5 star on all of my posts I would. Its been over a year and still nothing has been done on my paid pro account nor the one I set up for my husband. Still no reason given, no refund, no way to fix it, nothing. George claims they are not thieves but what do you call 🤔 this then? You took $1600 and im also supposed to be getting what my account should have been earning all this time...and yet here I am with nothing! You didn't even give me the free basic account you promised that was supposed to be lifetime. I just log in and see an account that hasn't been touched all this time. And to say I hit something in your security search but give no way to fix it is again just straight sketchy. Where is my money? I gave over a year on my account and almost a year (Mar 2&9 on my husband's account for his payments). Originally I did not purchase the pro, I was up sold both times by George promises that it would work and it never has. All asks for refund have gone ignored...so please tell me what does that sound like? I still have the receipts! So show me where are my accounts or the refunds? Otherwise, you prove my point your self. My refund email is the same as my account address with you. Kindly stop this already, its not me, it's you.

This is an easy to use versatile system with many useful features.

I feel there are better options out there but unless you are extremely competent these other options will be very difficult to use.

This system is the perfect mix of usability and effectiveness.

I don't even have words to say what I'm feeling, so I don't even know what to say. Don't get me wrong it isn't perfect, but it works. That's all we ask for that type of service!

I had a flash sale alert of $100 dollars off of a basic mining contract. I purchased the contract with Bitcoin by following there step by step video and tutorial to make sure I got it right and when I paid the $179 it wasn’t put in my wallet it was put in ICM tm Bitcoin wallet instead of my wallet 1 that was supposed to be activated right after purchase. It didn’t activate my wallet it was put in ICM wallet from there I tried calling all the numbers threw all social media accounts filled out multiple tickets on the website emailed texted them again on all numbers I could find showed them where the money went on the blockchain proof that it didn’t allow me to put it in my wallet but only there wallet when I showed I believe it’s George the guy I got 1 email back from asking for proof of my claim he never would message me back or answer a text call absolutely nothing no refund no error correction no reply’s at all they say they have 14 day full refund policy I filed for it still nothing and it’s been over a month now of me trying to get help from anyone with the site and my account is still disabled and no refund or anybody reaching back out to me other than 1 email. I waited this long thinking maybe they were backed up or busy or something but no they have flat out ignored me so I guess they forced me to leave a negative remark and this wasn’t my intention at all just wanted to try and do some mining seen a lot of good reviews so I thought they were a reputable company they may be but not to me I guess so I hope someone was able to get my money and have a good time cuz I surely have not

This company is a SCAM. Please do not trust them. They will take your money and never give you access to mining. RUN THE OTHER WAY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I received an email from your CEO George with a discounted offer on a contract, so I proceeded to buy the contract. Clinked the link, signed in, followed the instructions given to send Bitcoin as payment to the address provided by your website and after waiting for confirmation on the blockchain, which I have proof of sending, it just stayed on the payment page saying "waiting for payment". I have tried multiple avenues of trying to communicate with these people but NOTHING, NO REPLY. I am extremely disappointed because I was really looking forward to give this a shoot but now I am believing this company is scamming me and many others, may have to report to cryptowatchdog if I am met with only silence and having my $199 in Bitcoin stolen from me. ICM if you read this please reply back to my emails I sent to you and help me remedy this situation caused by what I only hope was a back end software problem on your website.
