The guy that can out was great fast and told me what was wrong with the car

On time efficient well priced good customer service

The car stopped starting unexpectedly, so I contacted Instant Car Fix. They diagnosed the issue quickly and completed the repair the same day. The process was smooth and communication was clear throughout.

It was great. The apps communication about time and your driver will be in 100 minutes and your mechanic is here is horrible, but other then that the mechanic itself was great!

I was very happy to find out this company online to send someone on weekend to fix our car in a time of great urgency.
Mr. Jeremy was very efficient, clean in his work and his skills are excellent. We were very happy to have him fix our car on Sunday. Thank for sending him to us.

I paid for an inverter coolant pump repair, 2 1/2 hours. When he got in, he said I had the wrong part so I went and bought a water pump, in which he replaced. I paid for an inverter Coolant pump repair and he on his end understood it to be a water pump to be repaired. I got the wrong piece repaired unnecessarily. He also did not have all his tools with him so he couldn’t get the job done as necessary. I had to go and give him money to go to the store to pick up a tool. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic and with your company because if I paid for one service that service should’ve been done, but somehow there was a communication error on yawls end and told him to do a water pump repair instead of an inverter coolant pump repair.

I needed urgent help with my car, and they responded quickly. The technician arrived on time and started checking the issue immediately. He identified the problem without delay and fixed it efficiently. It was a fast and hassle-free experience overall.

I contacted Instant Car Fix on a Saturday when I experienced car troubles while in a city 2 hours from my home with 2 of my kids. I was staying at a hotel for the weekend when my alternator went out. I did not want to pay the $200 fee to get a mechanic dispatched the same day and there was an option for an appointment between 11AM-3PM the next day (Sunday). Since we were going to be there most of the day on Sunday anyway, I selected this option. Instant Car Fix was supposed to call me 30 minutes prior to the mechanic arriving. Since I had not received a call by 2:30, I called the company who told me the mechanic had indicated that he would be there at 4pm and someone should have reached out to me. I informed them that no one reached out. When no one showed up by 4, I called back. They said the mechanic was stuck on another job and they were wondering if I could reschedule for the next day. I was really frustrated because I would have to pay for another night in the hotel and my kids and I would need to miss school/work on Monday, but I didn’t see that I had much of an option. The appointment time on Monday was the same window of 11AM to 3PM, but having learned my lesson the day prior, I started calling them early to find out when the mechanic would arrive. I got the run around from every person I spoke with. I was told they would contact the mechanic and call me back (no callback ever came), that they had to reissue my ticket (even though the situation had not changed since the first person I spoke with on Saturday), and finally that the mechanic wasn’t available so they were looking for a back-up mechanic for me. At this point, I gave up on them and started making plans to have the vehicle towed to a local shop to be fixed the following day and rented a car to drive my family home. When arrangements were made, I called Instant Car Fix back to say that since they didn’t come by 3PM, I didn’t need their service any longer. They said they had assigned a mechanic who would be there between 5:30-6:30PM, and if I was going to cancel, I would have to pay a cancellation fee. I informed them that they didn’t meet the terms of our agreement and they would not be charging me anything. They said it would be sent to the cancellations department who would deal with the matter. It’s now Tuesday, and while I haven’t had a charge on my card yet, I am watching for it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO or you could be like me hanging out in a hotel lobby with two kids for two days waiting for a company to make good on their promises. Now that I’ve more carefully read others’ reviews on the shotty workmanship, I guess I should be grateful that the mechanic didn’t show. On the other hand, the customer service folks were nice even though they were unhelpful. I got at least 200 apologies over the last 2 days.
