Very quick and easy

Ripped off! I paid for a check which never arrived. I contacted customer services three times and they didn't reply. There is no phone number to call. The money left my account, but there was no acknowledgement of this and no refund has been offered. I used a different company for the report in the end.

Its a good easy to use service and the 5x multicheck deal is good value. If I had to criticise anything - I do think Instant Car Check should create a feature to make one simple click to print out the restults once you have purchased a test. That way you could keep the report as a PDF or hard copy to keep with your vehicle's paperwork. Otherwise its a great service

Rubbish Website paid for x5 checks (today 7/5/24)site doesn't recognise its own promo code, thinking about it this is my second time with this rubbish site. I had credits left from before that weren't redeemed and just went missing. Should of learnt the 1st time.

It's the simplicity of the search that is good here. Although I think the chassis and engine number could be included in the basic result, as that is on the log book - with the suggestion that the intending purchaser makes comparison checks before buying. I have found the results given to be a huge advantage when buying cars, and am grateful that something like this search exists.

Was ready to go buy the bike this morning g, but yesterday eve checked it out online only to find it was a cat N and the seller didn't make me aware of this important factor as I value a cat N bike 25% less than it's true value..
