I would give zero if I could

I would give zero if I could. 5bweeks and yes it's temperamental but I know how to use it and last 2 weeks it continues to tell me to retry no matter what pattern, light,medium or hard exhales. Git locked out when I has 22 seconds left and the man argued with me on phone. He gave me helpful patterns so I went right out to do it and took me 4 times. This company is a scam. I fully anticipate them messing with the machine since he knew I was not happy. I am not mandates with this device but I needed restricted license so I did it. The cost they tell you is not the cost, I always have these added fees and now I have to go in again and pay $100 to reset it. The government has zero commonsense with rolling g retests as their 5 Minute window is not enough time to pull over from a highway and account for the retry. Stay away from Intoxalock and probably all the others. I am getting it removed and will have my husband take me to work the next 5 months. So sad to try to do the right thing after 1 mistake and they are actually out to get you with the financial costs

Two times I had to take my vehicle in…

Two times I had to take my vehicle in for maintenance because this machine deletes my battery and they charge me over $400 then they backtracked and took off one $49 payment that's due every other week. It
was so hard trying to talk to people on customer service because being kind I didn't understand their lingo or accent and then if I showed any frustration whatsoever they hung up after waiting 40 minutes then I would dial again and try to get somebody else and try to be careful how I say the questions or whatever so they didn't hang up ..and then I find out they charge me ridiculous 75$ prices when twice my vehicle was in maintenance ..Every time the maintenance people tried to work around this machine I got charged $75 each and when I called the company during these episodes to let them know they still charge me 400.$ and gave me credit go for 2only.. which I still think is not fair. I have never failed a test or blew wrong or dirty in fact personally, I never blew ...My daughter drove my car because I could not blow because I did not have the oxygen capacity at 70 yrs.old to use this contraption. So I did not have the freedom of driving like this company talks about it.. I had to have somebody else drive me and blow for me if I wanted to go anywhere on top of the extra charges they charged me constantly throughout the freaking year. Yes I'm upset and that doesn't include the charges for recalibration which is a joke. So if you're ever in this circumstance Iike I was in please be very careful what company you pick and really read everything that they have to say because everything's in fine print and they take your money out of your account without your say so regardless if they're wrong or right.!!!! Hope you all have a great day ..God bless you and I hope this gave you some advice because I've been very disappointed in this organization and how they responded to me and my problems and what I was going through with this machine that ruined my battery made my lights go on and off
the horn going on and off on and off at the weirdest times even when I was in bed .. I never knew when this was going to happen. Sorry for going on and on but people need to know if you need this kind of business really research it because I didn't and I would never ever ask anyone to try intoxalock because of their awful customer service and the charges they
charge you without knowing the circumstances even though you call them and let them know, and the garage that worked on my car called and let them know and they still charge me $240. It will be contacting the owner of this company to get refunds if they do not give me my credit back. (Intoxalock )
