Fast and efficient delivery, great product and great price. Would buy again

I purchased a hot water unit and it was delivered 2 days later. The unit was professionally installed 2 weeks later as I choose the 20 day installation plan. It looks great and the hot water is flowing.

I was mildly reluctant to book a big ticket item like this online, without meeting the plumber for a face-to-face quote, but the price was too good not to try it. The whole experience was refreshingly simple, and questions I had along the way were answered without delay. Install was great and now we are enjoying piping hot water again. Definitely worth giving this cart-and-calendar process serious consideration.

I had a great online experience as well as email communications in getting the right advice and make the order of the Rinnai B26 gas heater system, to replace my old system that was broken. The guys were super great and installation was on prompt and completed very well. I do recommend Installed Today wholeheartedly.

Selected/paid a hot water system including installation and removal of the old system from the business website. This was completed same day without my attendance. Very efficient and would highly recommend the service and price.

Experience was fantastic. I ordered the wrong model by mistake and the company brought the correct model around and picked up the other model at install without any issues at all or additional charges. The installation was great and done in an hour with no fuss. Pricing was $1000 cheaper than another quote as we were willing to work around their timelines. Highly recommend.
