Instagram is best for watching reels but sometime it goes wrong about some relegional posts by users

Used to be good but they've recently started ramming politics and hate content through my feed, if I wanted that I would have kept twitter. They've already ruined Facebook and now they've changed a load of settings in my app and they don't allow you to contact to fix them.

I suggest Threads instead

IG is surely good, it is hard to imagine modern life wo it, but be careful not to become addicted...
it is an excellent platform to share photos and chat, but use it wisely

Users don’t know anymore what’s fake and what’s real. Before I used to share posts with my friends, now I don’t do that anymore. It makes me look silly when I share fake post created by AI

Confused public ' instagram suspended my account for false accusation 'l👀king for remedial solution. After doing my own investigation there's others in the same position ' this isn't an app you really want ' if they are being dishonest and not allowing you to defend yourself delete delete delete 🙂

Suggested posts are always the negative ones. Like why lol.

Meta Facebook & Instagram are the worst they will ban your account under false CSE Reports from their algorithm, the big problem is their AI which is biased as if their online footprint wasn’t already filled with pornography but when you report those yourself they always reply” we have reviewed your report and found nothing going against our guidelines” but when it’s you uploading your child’s birthday pictures then your silenced without any real human interaction, thousands of images now lost because you decided to give your almighty Ai this super power, plus you allow people to submit a review and then automatically permanently ban their accounts without waiting the 48hr period, shame on you Meta. You are destroying people’s lives!

Their privacy check up is terrible. You’re safer not using the app at all.

My experience hasn’t been great at all. The platform is slow almost every time I use it. The editor lags, freezes, and sometimes even wipes out a post while you’re trying to publish it. It honestly feels like the people running it don’t understand much beyond making money.

Interaction is pretty disappointing too — the place is filled with people acting like rock stars, but there’s barely any real engagement. And asking “which day was your experience” doesn’t even make sense, because the issues happen constantly, not just on one specific day. Even TikTok runs better than this, which says a lot.

Got permanentaly banned for no reason
When I made an instagram account everything went as usual. When I first got the email of that my account would get suspended(for violations of the community policy) I didn’t do the verification (because I didn’t do anything wrong I just didn’t log on that much) and got suspended. FOR 6 MONTHS. After the 6 months I gave it another try, things like that can happen once. BUT WHEN TODAY I GOT THE SUSPENSION EMAIL FOR THE 2ND TIME. I did the verification AND WENT AS FAR AS SENDING A PICTURE OF MY FACE!(which i find a huge privacy violation because it was required) and then… an hour later… i got an email… I JUST GOT PERMANENTLY BANNED BECAUSE I DIDN’T FOLLOW THE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES. I DIDN’T DO ANYTHING WRONG I JUST DIDN’T LOG ON THAT MUCH!!!!

Instagram is a terrible social media platform, nothing innovative just copy and paste. If you’re going to create a social media app at least make it different to the existing platforms. What I find frustrating is the timeline for making changes, if you make an update to your name why do you need to wait another 365 days ( Joking) to rename. It is really frustrating. The app does not take into account that people naturally have the tendency to be indecisive. If someone has paid for a verification blue badge what if they change their mind, why do people have to wait for a certain period to make additional changes. It seems like they are designing apps for bots to use and not actual people.

For someone the way to forget about 9-17 work and monetize, doing some videos in there. For someone, scrolling addiction! Anyway no one can argue that this platform is probably the best in terms of communication and content. For myself to limit screen time, I switched on notification function, when the app warn me that I spend more than I wanted 1 hour, 2 hours, etc.

It will ban you accounts especially if shared with fb! It will ban them without explanation! Racist! Facilitates the genocide of Palestinians and for some reason if you criticize Israel or say they infiltrated our gov they will ban you with no warning. They silence and ban anyone who shows concerns for the Palestinians or criticize Israel. They need to be chopped real quick!

instagram use to be my favourite social media app but this year with all the updates and AI crap it’s my least used social media platform that i only use when certain people post but that’s it. i hate all the AI generated content and how AI “friendly” this app is. Not even tiktok is like that where instagram is basically catering to AI completely now. Before this new update you could avoid the AI modes pretty easily but now INSTAGRAM HAS CHANGED EVERYTHING! my beloved instagram has change the set up of the app completely to the point i’m considering deleting my almost 10 year old profile completely because of how much i distain i feel for this app that use to use daily and never had a single complaint even when its was really glitchy and crap i never once thought i didn’t like the app but i went on there yesterday and wtf is that crap. i have no idea what mark is thinking but i don’t one person likes the fact that everything has changed.

INSTAGRAM KEEPS SOLICITING PORNOGRAPHY TO ME AFTER I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THAT THEIR RESOURCES TELL ME TO DO. I HAVE THREATENED POLICE INVOLVEMENT. THEY DONT CARE. META DOES NOT CARE. IF THERE IS ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO JOIN A LAWSUIT WITH ME AGAINST META AND ITS SAFETY MEASURES, COME ON

Worst ever… they let people hack you and offer no help at all….. been locked out of my account for weeks..

A totally confusing app. When I try and find recent posts of a family member, there are images from six months ago and no sign of their recent posts. It is the least intuative app i have ever used (Facebook isn’t far behind!). If it wasn’t for family members using it, I’d get rid of it.
