I had a very bad experience with InstaForex. I deposited via cryptocurrency and later requested a withdrawal. Instead of processing my request, they delayed it many times, saying my account is under Anti-Fraud check. I already provided all required verification documents (ID, proof of residence, deposit proof), but my withdrawal was still declined and refunded once.
Now they tell me I must wait up to 5 business days, but this is causing me serious hardship. I cannot pay my rent or bills because my money is stuck on their platform. Communication is slow, and I feel they are making excuses instead of processing my withdrawal.
I do not recommend this company. Be very careful before depositing your money here.

They are transparent and prompt in solving client problem. There execution is precise. They provide good trading environment for traders. I love there services.

Completely scam! They give you 500 no deposit sign up bonus but lot conditions 12500! Never never achievable your lifetime! And if you deposit money you need to withdraw money to complete you lots which is your money *3 lot so you never complete this term and withdraw your money!! A group of scam buster run it! 1000 mile away from it!

THEY ARE SCAMMERS STAY AWAY. I applied for a $1000 No Deposit Bonus, Traded the same and got $102 profit, after I got the profit the terms started changing, I later deposited some $87 to claim my bonus as they later explained differently, the problem came when I decided to withdraw my principal $87. They are not answering my emails

scam broker. Traded news and if you profit they will deduct the profit. if you lose during the news then u lose. scamming broker. stay away. Almost 10 pips spread for gold, insanity. And slow execution speed and slippage. The only good thing they offer is a 20% bonus, but its not worth at all considering the other trading conditions. and the fact they remove all my news profit because i made more than 10% of my deposit trading the news spike. I risked 100% of my account and if i earn more than 10% they remove all profits. Very bad and disappointing experiende with this broker

I am writing in response to your recent correspondence regarding my trading activities and the deductions applied to my account.

First, you initially stated that Gold, Silver, Copper, Crude Oil, Natural Gas, and Nasdaq are low-liquidity instruments. You have now acknowledged that these are, in fact, high-liquidity and globally recognised trading instruments. Furthermore, you claimed that my profits were derived from low-liquidity items, whereas the majority of my profits came from Gold, Silver, and Copper. Copper, as you should be aware, is one of the primary commodities traded globally — even former U.S. President Donald Trump imposed tariffs on it due to its significance in global trade, alongside Crude Oil and Natural Gas. This directly disproves your first objection.

Second, my request was only for reduced commission on futures trading, as your charges are higher than market norms. For your information, futures are always contract-based instruments with expiry dates, after which new contracts open. Every reputable brokerage that offers futures automatically rolls over to the next contract, and your company operates in the same way. Therefore, your second objection is also unfounded.

Third, regarding your request for my trading strategy, I have already explained that I use a combination of the following:
• Bollinger Bands
• RSI (Relative Strength Index)
• Pivot Points
• VWAP (Volume Weighted Average Price)
• EMA (Exponential Moving Average)
• Volume Analysis
• Relevant news events (e.g., tariff announcements, political speeches)

As an example, I once executed a highly profitable Copper trade based on sudden news of tariffs, which caused a sharp market movement.

I have also shared my day-by-day profit and loss records with you. As you know, no single strategy works in all market conditions — sometimes trades are driven by news, sometimes by fundamentals, and sometimes by technical indicators. Losses and profits are both a natural part of trading.

I am confident that both my trading methods and the instruments I trade are entirely legal. If your company offers these instruments for trading, it implies they are legitimate, just as they are with other major brokerages.

You have yet to provide any concrete proof that my trades were illegal. Despite this, you deducted USD 35,000 from my account and placed it into a negative balance. I have addressed and disproven your objections in full, yet you have failed to justify your actions or provide any calculation or evidence for these deductions.

I have also lodged a complaint regarding your licence, as your actions appear to constitute an attempt to withhold my funds without justification. This matter has caused significant financial loss, wasted time, stress, and even impacted my health. I reserve the right to seek compensation for these damages.

I here by challenge you to arrange a live video call to resolve this matter, or I will send my authorised representative to your Dubai office to settle it in person. Until you provide clear and verifiable proof supporting your claims, your position remains unsubstantiated.

Upon contacting my Introducing Broker (IB) at the time of the deduction, I was informed that the matter was under review and would be adjusted accordingly. However, after returning from a period of vacation and travel, I have not received any further communication or updates from the company regarding this issue.

I have since withdrawn my remaining account balance and would like to request that the deducted amount of $1700 be adjusted into my account. This would enable me to resume trading activities without any further delays.

they are fraud i receied bonus on account creation thet asked to deposit money to retain my account live when i deposited the money they removed the bonus

Your Forum bonus Program is Very good Step for Traders We Learn and Earn From instaforex bonus program. But Forum admin delay our bonus evey week and and now 2 months past we dont received our Bonus.

Been trading with Insta for a while. Dropped in last September, Made some decent pips. Requested withdrawals landed in my skrill in 2 days. No funny business. Slippage happens, sure, but spreads are okay during London hours. Not perfect, but they get the job done. Just don’t go all-in on NFPs, trust me. Overall, still using them, still withdrawing. Solid broker.

I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews! All it takes is to simply read the terms and conditions, whether it’s about bonuses, contests, or other promotional offers.

Why don’t people act more consciously? Why do they always rush into things first and then start shouting that they were scammed or something else happened…

Everything is clear and transparent with Instaforex. If you want to take bonuses, go ahead; if not, just trade with your own funds. But before using any bonuses, READ the terms and conditions – and everything will be fine!

I'm into the forex world, so I tried to navigate into this application, it was firstly hard but I tried to watch videos and learn step by step and it went smoothly, the most surprising part is their welcome bonus which inspired me.

I guess the NDB 1500$ was just a demo account isnt it? its just for the show isnt it? maybe you could just wipe of the 'NDB' part off and switch it with demo account as the TnC itself contradict the rules.

Its obvious that this shit is not being true. There's no point in makin NDB's if we cant withdraw it without depositing. Especially with these bullshit rules. Stop giving people hope, I know u can be better.

Biggest scammers ever they never reply to emails they always reject withdrawals.

1. 14th of May I asked to change my ERC20 USDT address I was asked to send the new address and an image of me holding my passport and a request to change.
2. Instaforex Responded on the 26th of May (10 days later) asking for a BEP20 address.

3. I responded same day asking what is BEP20 and that my exchange only has TRON ETH and SOL networks for USDT, I kindly asked them to clarify which one is BEP20 and why it was changed.

4.then 4 days later they did not answer my question however they sent a response asking for BEP20 address again I asked what that is and I sent a screenshot and asked them to tell me which network is BEP20.

5. They have not responded since June 3

6. Whenever I chat with support I am told they are working on it. when I ask what they are working on I get no response and my chat gets closed

7. for the passed 4 weeks I have enquired about what they are working on and what BEP20 is and why was it changed from ERC20 since they are strict about same method withdrawals but I deposited via ERC20 and now they changed it without notice to BEP20

8. I then asked to close my account and requested all my funds to be withdrawn instead I do not get a clear answer till now

9. Agents are rude they ignore messages and close chats their support team does not respond to emails. Agents do not answer questions I send to them however always divert to "Support team is working on it" they refuse to explain
