I am new to Bitcoin and had a terrible time going back and forth with cash app and coinbase trying to get my new eagleFX broker account funded. The other apps had me verify all my information and accounts and kept blocking me from completing what should have been a simple transaction only because I was new and even delayed money I put in for two weeks delaying me funding my broker. Then I found instacoins. “Cue the heavenly music” I’m so serious I can’t say this enough, don’t waste your time with the other complicated apps and providers who also don’t even have direct support but email you once every couple hours or day later!!! Instacoin is all you need!! I chatted with Blaze and instantly knew I was in good hands. I explained my concerns, where I was stuck with the other apps who were holding my money hostage and what I needed to do to get my broker account live. Blaze broke it all down and stayed with me in live chat through the entire process. I got my verifications done, even a video chat with an actual human being on the other end to confirm my details and then after a few minutes more my account was active, my Bitcoin purchase and transfer to my broker happened in minutes!!! They have 24/7 support!! That alone is a huge win for me considering the other apps who do not get back to you right away and only send canned responses. I feel much safer knowing I’m dealing with real people who actual care about helping me get setup and active. Needless to say I very happy with my experience and will ONLY use instacoin to fund my accounts going forward when Bitcoin is needed. Thank you Blaze and thank you Instacoin!
