Instead of cooperating professionally, her actions directly and negatively impacted another independent 1099 business's metrics and livelihood.
For an organization that purports to coach others on life, career, and business communication, their practical application of these skills in real-world business interactions is highly deficient. I would advise caution when dealing with this entity due to a lack of professional cooperation and disregard for the livelihoods of other working professionals.
