Over and above board with the purchase of my Bora hob. Sam couldn’t be more helpful. I’ve not used my hob yet, as the kitchen is still waiting for work tops to be fitted. Overall I am very happy.

Great company, cannot recommend them enough.
We bought our fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Bora hob, Bora light, waiting for Bora saucepans.
Customer service was great, very patient with my endless questions and query’s. They were great on price too, no where else came close.

I bought a bora filter but realised soon after delivery that my bora doesn't need one as it's ducted. I've sent an email asking how I can return it as there's no returns info on the site. I'm yet to get a response. Would really appreciate one please. Thanks

We made a general enquiry about a number of Bora items on line, within 24 hours we had purchased the kit and 2 weeks later as promised the hob arrived. Due to transport issues the other items were delayed but we have been informed weekly of the expected delivery dates.

Really fast, clear communication and anticipated exactly what the brief required. Delivered exactly when promised. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Easy to order and product arrive in good time.

Two months ago I had been looking for a Bora Pure hob to fit in my new kitchen. I found Inspire Design Kitchen on the net. I called them for enquiries and decided to deal with them as the price was fair and they were flexible for the delivery which I needed only in June. I made the order on June 7th and delivry was done on 17th. The courrier called before to inform of time and when arrived open the box to verify if any damage and took some photos. So far I am satisfy. I'll update this comment after the installation

Delivery was made with great care by the driver who thoroughly checked everything was ok.
