Upon reviewing our records for your account 233456111, it was identified that there was a breach on 25/07 due to a violation of the Daily Breakdown Drawdown (DBDD) limit, which in the case of your Swift Trader account is set at 4%. As a result, the final balance was recorded at $23,046.58.
In accordance with our trading rules, a payout can only be requested when your account is in profit, which, regrettably, was not the case here. Therefore, any claims regarding payout requests are not simply not true, as they contradict our established guidelines - and I have checked our payout requests and your account is not there.

I have been having problems with this company for several days, connecting to the account server, after connecting after several attempts, I have other problems, after opening operations it does not allow me to close or modify them, being at the mercy of the market, I try to contact the assistance but no one helps me or solves my problem!
