Brendale, Poor customer service
Walked into Brendale store this morning and had a less than satisfactory experience with a staff member stating he was “a manager”.
He was rude and extremely unprofessional, he also wasn’t up to speed with product knowledge regarding urethane thinner.
Will never set foot in the store again, either will anyone I know. I’m a tradesperson operating my own business and liaise with builders, carpenters and painters, Brendale store will most definitely not be getting recommended by me.
