Professional and knowledgeable technician

I’ve had the good fortune to have Trevor service my property a couple times and we’ve built a rapport. He makes sure I completely understand what types of pests are present and the correct solutions to alleviate any concerns. I very much appreciate his advice and willingness to share information. I’m hoping he can continue to be the tech servicing my account.

First off if there was a negative star…

First off if there was a negative star rating I would have selected it! I will make this short, I've been scammed before but this is the latest, BS SCAMMING WANNA BE COMPANY!! the fake tech showed up, in clothing that was 2 sizes to small for starters, red flag or fag whichever, he sprayed a little bit of spray, like a tiny tiny bit, and for literally 1 minute, I was watching ,then I asked him what he was spraying ,and he looked at me like a deer in the headlights, he had no answer what so ever,another flag,then he asked how far my property went so I showed him, he did absolutely zero down there, and up at the top of the property there is a little ant issue, once again I watched him do NOTHING!!! he just stepped on them, he assured me they would be gone in a day or two, well two months later they are flourishing more then ever, and honestly whatever was in that sprayer, was water,just tap water ,and the kicker is his brother showed up at my place, and asked for WATER, i could go on and on they are not worth anymore of my time, DONT USE THEM!!! THE REVIEWS DONT LIE ,AND ANY GOOD ONES ARE PART OF THE SCAM, LOOK AT THE PICTURES IF THERE IS ONE , FAKE AND LOOK AT THE DATES THEY WERE POSTED ALOT ON THE SAME DAY! Is all a fraud ,they should get jammed up for this. To all the good people in the world peace.

Horrible experience..

Horrible experience... we still received spiders etc in our house and they overcharge and ask for money then charge interest and hound you for payment. Don't throw your money away and get a headache dealing with a company that does not even deliver.

Setton was awesome!

Setton was awesome. He thoroughly explained the situation and mapped out a solution that made sense. Setton was always on time, the call center was constantly on top of my appointment, and everyone was very friendly. Thank you again to Insight Pest Management and Setton!

Damn - No zero star option

No zero star option? I had to deal with Insight Bin Solutions this summer. Salesman is pushy, i signed up and they were late for one service and totally forgot to do the next service. They argue that i still need to pay even though they did not provide service because "it is in the contract you signed" and i cannot cancel without paying for future services....which i doubt would ever happen! Emails and phone calls from a different operator every time. This branch of Insight is a total SCAM to beware!

Terrible service, sign you up for a scam

Terrible service, overpriced scam. They'll hook you into a one year contract with promises of as many service calls as you need. When we called for a single extra pest problem (hornet nest) they couldn't come for 2 weeks. Two days before that scheduled appointment, we get a text that the appointment has been moved by 2 more weeks later! A month since we called. By then the summer is over and we've suffered with a pest problem they were supposed to be fixing for us. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! I wish we'd read the reviews first before signing up.

Pushy, demanding, and rude

I posted a review regarding these people and their 'services' yesterday because of the poor service.

I wouldn't post another review so soon or at all, if their 'sales team' hadn't called again today demanding payment. They want payment for services they haven't provided this month ( or since the first time they came out in may) and the 300 cancelation fee.

The woman that called was very rude and demanding when she told us - not requested - that we pay the money asap or get another call.

I won't be posting another review of these people but I'd like to warn people not to use them. It would be a mistake.

Good experience with technician

This was the second pest treatment. Jason Gabriel was the person providing service. Jason was pleasant, professional and helpful and got the job done in an efficient manner.

Poor job and ridiculous cancel fee

Technician did a poor job and did not complete all services they were supposed to. The company then charges a $200+ cancellation fee when told not to bother coming back, citing some agreement that nobody ever mentioned when first signing up.

Preying on Elderly!!

A good friend of mine was forced to sell her house to move into assisted living. Has a subscription for services for the residence and when she went to cancel the subscription DUE TO NOT OWNING THE PROPERTY!!! They charged her $175!!! How horrible of greedy people!!! This is a company who preys on the elderly so AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Talk about rubbing salt in the wound.

Do not get locked in!

This company makes their money based on a locked in contract for 4 services. After the 1st service we did not feel that the spider control was adequate. When I went to cancel, I was notified that whether I went ahead with the service or not, I would be paying for the service. When I was transferred to cancellation department, I was forwarded to voicemail.
