Fraud company false advertisement , junk sellers, intentional misleading and defrauding customers.
I bought a Mavic looking drone and two smart watches. everything they sent was cheap toys, junk. How are they still in business? So aggravating and hurtful to so many people just taking our hard earned money. Not fair!

They are the worst items are pure garbage do not order from them under any circumstances you are throwing away your money and customer service is just as bad

Rubbish Rubbish do not buy a scam cheats.I cancelled my order but they ignored it and charged me and sent something that’s only fit for the bin

False advertising, open case with paypal. Ruined birthday present by upselling me a 8MP ROV drone and sending a yellow plastic kids toy. They appear to have moved URLs to fool facebook users. Paypal refunded me!

False advertising. I have bought (as said ) wifi remote home security robot. They send me a kids toy instead . Same thing with a waterproof drone (also a toy you can buy in flea market). Stay away and keep your money. They never responded to my emails

My order was wrong I got a T5 robot toy.
It was supposed to be a mobile robot with a cam in it for videoing apparently these people are a bunch of rip off take advantage of customer do not buy from them because they shut down their website and basically pull a Houdini trick

A day after I ordered the product my view order link lead me to saying the page was deleted and I have only received automated responses into my inquiry about it.

Ordered a watch. Camed after a month totally different watch that wasn’t working. No amswer from them. Trying to get money back from paypal.

Scam. I ordered on Facebook, RC plane, submarine, car bundle. They sent email that order was shipped but tracking is fake. Contacted them many times, no reply. Now made claim to paypal. They are real cheater. Facebook should be sued for associate fraud.

As many others i ordered the cool yellow rov but received a crappy toy submarine.

Total crap company. Saw an ad on Facebook, ordered a cool looking robot for $60and got some cheap crap that looks like it costs maybe $5. Total scam.

They are f scammers.. I ordered the submarine drone for 110 dollar and got crap stuff..some cheap toy

I have contacted paypal and Facebook about this. They have ads on Facebook and uses paypal as payment service.

I have e-mail the company and no answers.
Be ware of them

SOBs! Next time I suggest contacting them by email to see if they really exist as a honest company.
I thought the prices were too good to be true.
Order a UW Drone w/camera and a UW Mask w/camera and the UW Drone was 3" long w/o a camera instead of what I ordered and the mask was nowhere near the UW snorkel mask I ordered, and it was w/o a camera!
Update: No reply from any of the emails I've sent them.

100% Fraud

I ordered 2 different watches (one is a KW88 Multi-function watch), instead I received 2 times the same plastic watch, which they call smart watch, a pure scam. They are thieves. This site should be deleted for fraud

Looks like I too fell for this "Yellow Submarine" ruse. Got a cheap boat without any such camera or ability to submerge. $50 USD hopefully Paypal will honour the buyer protection. Also too bad Facebook does nothing to stop this. I have had good experiences buying products, but one crook can cause issues with me doing so in the future. They are shipping from Canada, so this type of activity can also be reported to police. If you are in the US, report is as mail fraud with the US postal service as well. Edit: So far Paypal has said I needed to return the item to China, within 7 days in order to get a refund. That would cost over $50 and the seller only charged $3 to ship it from Canada (and it still took 3 weeks).... I seriously think Paypal is in on this scam too, after all they get paid from the seller. Some buyer protection! EDIT: Paypal refused to refund the payment because I did not spend the $50 to ship the stupid toy back to China with tracking. Even though the item was shipped from 60KMs from my house. Therefore Paypal is complicit in this scam, because they also get paid.

insightful.shop is a scam. They sell you something and send you a toy not even close to the item you bought. WHAT A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! REPORT THEM!
