Good/Bad/Ugly
These couches are definitely comfortable, there's no question about it. Ease of changing configuration is awesome as well. But unfortunately, that is where the good news end.
The only way the Bondi setup works is if the cushion is surrounded on 3 sides by any combination of adjacent cushions or arm/back panel. This makes ottomans completely useless as a free-standing item. THE CUSHIONS DO NOT STAY ON THE BASE, NO MATTER WHAT. Always need to be adjusted, and easily slide off. Customer service told me to be patient and these will break in with time, but that never happened. Both Ottomans we bought are sitting in the basement on their sides. We had to purchase an additional arm / back panel because the setup we had did not have an 'end' on one side of They have sent these vinyl pads, which did not work at all, but beyond that there were no solutions. couch, kind of like a daybed.
