Absolutely love Insidesweat. Workouts are tailored and, weirdly, fun. I’ve never been so enthusiastic about getting fit and losing weight. Down 2 stone is 2 1/2 months and could not have done it without Eddie and Maria. They are so positive, knowledgeable and personal. Thank you both for all your encouragement x

With gyms closed during lockdown I was looking for some new equipment to mix up my usual workout routine. Although I'd not heard of InsideSweat before, I'm glad I found them as I'm very happy with the equipment I bought.

The weights are superb quality and the extra sides allow for a stable position but means they can be rolled too.
The exercise mat doesn’t curl up around the edges causing a trip hazard and is really comfy to kneel on. It’s changed the way I work out at home.
The products were delivered really quickly too!

I ordered dumbbells, a kettlebell and a mat - after feeling like I needed a new challenge with home workouts. I went for a 7.5kg, 12.5kg, and 14kg KB - the products are great quality and were delivered efficiently. I've been using them consistently for several weeks now, and love that my workouts now feel more challenging, and I've been able to try out new movements/ keep things more varied. The mat is great too - I was struggling with an old mat that was slippery, and this one is great - I don't slip, it stays secure on the floor, and also looks stylish. Highly recommend, and great advice too when I was unsure of what weights would compliment my workouts.
