InsideRx completely failed me
I looked up a drug for which I had a prescription. This drug is fairly new, and my Medicare Part D insurance hasn't covered it yet. InsideRx showed my a great discount price at a particular store, so I printed that out and the InsideRx card. I went to the store, only to be informed that they were in NO WAY working with insiderx, despite the InsideRX claims. I ended up paying WAY more for my prescription than InsideRx had said. I've worked with this store before, and they always try their best to give me a good discount where possible. If I had known that InsideRx was full of it when they said they had an agreement with this store, I might have been able to find some other way of reducing the price. As it was, I was trapped b/c I needed the medicine.
