I cancelled my policy on 31 December…
I cancelled my policy on 31 December 2025 and received confirmation from the company. Despite this, they continued to take money from my account. When I contacted customer service, I got the runaround instead of a quick refund. This is unprofessional and feels like an unfair business practice. I requested to refund but they didn’t refund yet.

The best insurance company
The best insurance company, I moved to Inshur after being with DCL for 16 years with 16 years no claim bonus but Inshur gave me a better deal than my previous one who didn’t look after me a loyal customer and never claimed anything in 16 years. Customer service also excellent. Fully recommend Inshur. Thank you
