Nothing but a scam

Nothing but a scam, was sent something which was nothing like ordered or displayed on website, sent back pics and lodged compliant, now gone quite. Dont Deal with them....

I placed an order for an I 15 phone case

I placed an order for an I 15 phone case with my name imprinted on it. I checked and double checked to ensure I ordered the correct Case when I received the case 21 days later from the time I placed the order it is defective. My iPhone 15 does not fit in this case. I emailed them naïvely asking them to send me a shipping label so I could return it to them and get a credit. They graciously responded via email telling me they were unable to provide a refund for me because the item was not defective. What part of the phone case was too small and I ordered correctly did they not understand? I have disputed the charges with my bank, filed a claim against them with the North Carolina Attorney General‘s office division of consumer affairs and I’ve filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Product was not what was advertised

Product was not what was advertised, and when I reached out for refund they refused to fully refund. I was able to send video proof their product was a fraud. Product was completely useless and could not be used for anything. Over $800 order. It was not even close to what was on their site. Total scam - I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. After much back and forth I received 50% refund which was ridiculous but at least something.

We ordered a "Knoby" travel cribbage…

We ordered a "Knoby" travel cribbage board and received a cheap knock off 4 days after the ship date. Very disappoint in the bait-n-switch. Move on and find a reputable company.

Disappointed

Disappointed! First, I spent a few days researching a few websites to find personalized gifts for my daughter. I also wanted to purchase the Bible Verses for Emotions Scripture Jar. I thought the three items I purchased were a fairly good deal once I added the 2 personalized bible bookmarks to my cart, along with that scripture jar. I paid for ‘expedited’ shipping, an extra $8 to the bill at checkout. Once I checked out/paid, I did receive the confirmation email about placing the order and that I’d receive another email when shipping. It took 9 days to receive the the shipment email and tracking via YunExpress!??? What? I guess I should have done more research on where my order was coming from🤦🏻‍♀️I should’ve known- anyway, after I checked this shipping site, I saw the order coming from somewhere in China and I just hoped it would arrive by Christmas. I checked my credit card app to view my information to see a credit of $25.99, from this company, Ins Gifts- I was concerned about the credit, but thought I’d allow a day or 2 to pass to see if I’d receive an email to advise me of an order issue that may have caused the credit. I received NOTHING. There was no communication relative to one of the items not available or reason for the credit. When I finally received the order, late 12/24/25, the package contained only the 2 personalized bookmarks and not the jar of bible verses. This was the $25.99 credit I saw back to my credit card. I emailed this company to express my concerns, to which I received this response back:
Dear Kelly Hill,
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Whattttt? That’s it, for real. In the end, I did get a refund and ended up getting 2 of the 3 items from China… but, I will never order from this company again.

Biggest scam ever

I ordered on November 20th the customized cattle flags. I received the items December 26 and they are not at all what I ordered or what was shown on there website. Also when I ordered November 20th it was guaranteed for Christmas but I also paid expedited shipping to make sure I got it in a week. Everything from the shipping to product are a scam. Do not buy anything from this site.

Deceptive marketing

The product received is nothing like was advertised. In fact it looked like the information was taken from another sellers page. It was advertised as a Yeti tumbler, the pictures in the advertising and my order confirmation had the yeti logo clearly seen on the tumbler. No logos on what was supplied. The colour supplied was nothing like what was ordered. The etching on it could be barely seen. Their refund policy states a full refund for products supplied not being what was ordered, however 3 emails in and they've negotiated up to a 35% refund. Not good enough.
I would suggest anyone seeking a refund goes back to PayPal or their credit card provider, you will have more luck.

Ins Gifts is a scam shop. Shame on me for not looking into them before I purchased. I ordered a custom volleyball blanket for my daughter's 10th birthday which was to include a large emblem of a volleyball, another large emblem of a girl striking a volleyball pose, and my daughter's name. When the blanket arrived, it only had my daughter's name in the middle and nothing else. Complete failure that ruined a bday gift experience! On their website they claim to offer a 99-day return policy, but when you dig deeper, the next step shows that it's only 15-day return. They only have an email address and no contact number, and their responses clearly indicate that they are not a company you should be purchasing from. When I reached out to express my dissatisfaction and request a full refund, customer service response was asking me to keep the blanket and take a 15% discount. Completely unacceptable. I have responded twice since and haven't heard back. At this point, I don't expect to get any money back or even a exchange for the actual product that I ordered and paid full price for. Truly shameful, awful experience. Spend your time and money with a reputable source.

BUNS+Not A Magnetic Board

The design/customization of the softball lineup board was fine EXCEPT that it had the word BUNS instead of RUNS. I could deal with that because it’s kinda funny and my players would get a kick out of it. My biggest issue is that the board is completely non-functional as advertised.

It is not metal, steel, or magnetic in any way. The board is not dry-erase either. It is some mix of hard plastic or cardboard.

It also did not come with the 30 magnets or a carrying case that was also in the items descriptions of what would be included in the shipment.

It’s looks good but is unfortunately completely useless.
