You can’t wash your hands or sweat or have anything close to the bracelet. The gold plated bracelet turns silver very quickly! Unfortunately there are brands that last longer and can be worn without worrying. Customer service was good and I felt they cared. I raised the issue very soon after giving the gift to my daughter and they organised a return and replacement without any problems. Once received sadly the same thing happened even though advice was followed. It is a real shame because the item means a lot but the quality just weren’t what was expected.
