Support email is undeliverable. I haven't received a shipping notice two weeks after my order was confirmed so I checked the website to track my order. When I entered my order number the response was they couldn't find my order and to contact support. The support email is undeliverable. This is not very trust worthy.

I have tried to email them on 2 occasions and have not received any reply. The clothes took weeks to arrive and they were so small even though I ordered a XXL. I am sure that I have been scammed. Very disappointing. Don't buy from this company unless you want to lose your money.

I ordered in January 2024, but never received my clothes. They did not respond to my emails requesting a refund.
Edit: I've never received my clothes. The tracker they send me says my package was delivered in Australia, whereas I live in the Netherlands!

I don't know what I was thinking…
I don't know what I was thinking ordering from here. I placed my order 3 months ago and I still have nothing. I did contact them 2 weeks after I placed my order in hopes of getting refunded as I quickly realised that I was not going to recieve my order and they responded two days later, promising that it would be sent that week- I don't even care I just want my money back as I asked

I placed an order with this company and received NO confirmation email. They took my money and I have NO proof that I even placed an order.
Thank goodness I purchased through ZIP. At least with ZIP I will have a paper trail.
I’ve already opened an investigation with ZIP against Insakura.
I’ve made multiple attempts to contact Insakura…with no luck. There’s not even a phone number to contact them.
This company is a fraud! Do not shop on their website.

5 months for delivery. Very nice products tho.
The products are really nice and of good quality. The only big issue is the delivery. We had to wait 5 months to receive our order and during this time, I sent many emails to the customer service and never had any answer. Though it was a scam. I ended up receiving my order so it wasn’t. And the clothes are really nice so we’re happy. But the delivery was defo too long…

Good Quality but late delivery
Hi, thanks for finally getting back to me ! I've finally received the order and I was relieved :) + the Quality of the clothes is amazing, so I'm happy. The only issue is that I've received it almost 6 months after the order. If you find a Way to tacle this issue, then it Will perfect. No refund necessary. I'll order again, hoping you'll find a solution for your delivery timeline ! ;)

Scam?
Order #2341233. Placed it and paid at the start of January. Two months had passed, no delivery. Wrote to the support service three times, to both of their email addresses, no response whatsoever. Other people here wrote they waited for a long time and had no response from the support service too, but got their order at least. Giving Insakura one chance to see this review and do something about my order. If I will have it, or see my money returned, I will change the review. If you won't see any update from me in time, know this shop is a scam.
No delivery and no answers from customer service
I placed my order in February and paid instantly. I received the order confirmation, but after that there has been nothing on the order. I have tried to reach their customer service without success. I don't recommend ordering from this place, definitely feels like a scam.

I placed my order on February 17. Today is March 13 and still no reply to my multiple inquiries regarding the status of my order. This has to be a scam judging by the multiple poor reviews. Do yourself a favor and do not order from them. I will be contacting the attorney general and the better business bureau.
