Someone stole my package, and they actually got back to me pretty swiftly about sending a replacement package. I spoke to Jonah about it, and he was very nice about the whole situation. The one downside would be that they don't have a lot of control over shipping, so my package was originally delivered to the wrong address, and when I asked them to put a delivery note about it, they were unable to. Not the company's fault, just something to be aware of.

I’ve had to reorder twice on account of the courier not delivering losing it. It’s been 2 months since i placed the initial order and i’m still yet to receive anything. Jonah from customer service has been a massive help but the courier company has been incredibly disappointing. Kudos to Jonah, he’s kept a great air of professionalism and has gone above and beyond to try to rectify things

i had ordered two baby tees and unfortunately one was out of stock in the colour i had originally purchased but thankful Jonah from customer services reached out and helped me along the way to find a new replacement and kept me updated through the whole thing. definitely made me feel a lot better and was amazing help, very grateful as the order was for my friends birthday, he broke down estimated delivery as well so i could plan accordingly.

I had a shipping issue because the courier lost my package but Jonah from their customer service was super helpful! He responded to my email fast and also solved the issue right away. The whole email exchange process with Jonah was excellent and I am looking forward to my package! :)

Hani was really sweet and helpful

After having a couple issues with my order i contacted customer support where Jonah helped me, throughout my experience they were incredibly understanding, responded extremely quickly and offered solutions that were beyond expectations.

I got T-shirt from them honestly the best thing really good quality of clothing and fabrics and really good price definitely recommend, shipping was quick as well

Loved the shirt I bought. After two washes unfortunately the shirt had a hole in. I contacted support and Hani was so helpful, she shipped out a new top very quickly. Thanks Hani!

Jonah has been super helpful and excellent. There was a small issue with the tshirt but he’s been keeping me posted on every step and im v grateful. My daughter loves her T-shirts too!

My order got slightly mixed up with sizing but Jonah in the Customer service Team was extremely helpful and got my correct order sent extremely quickly. I will definitely be purchasing again because the In Print We Trust customer service is excellent!

Had an earlier much better experience with in print we trust and this one wasn’t necessarily bad, but I had some issues with items I bought being later out of stock and some missing tees in my order. However, Hani from in print we trust really helped me with my issues and was kind and patient with me! She helped me choose different tees to replace those out of stock and made sure my missing items were delivered to me and even got a kind offer of 30% off my next order to make up for the inconveniences! Furthermore, the quality of the tees feels good and I really love them!
