Terrible

Everything went on this time
Parcel got delivered to the shop and there was no update for about 4days and I had to be chasing them up
Their livechat is literally useless and when they had an update to tell me it was delivered but the shopkeeper didn’t scan it, they didn’t have the decency to provide an update till I lost my cool.
