TOTAL SCAM!!

I ordered a jacket back in March of 2025 and it’s now been almost an entire year with no package. Customer service team does not exist, and my bank wasn’t able to help me get my money back. Totally ridiculous and shameful way to run a business

I ordered in June and never got anything and had to dispute with my bank and finally got refunded in November

Order placed for two jackets in May of 2025 and no items or refund received. Company has failed to respond to emails and social media messages. It is now September. It’s very unfortunate that we experience such callousness when so many have shown support.

I wish I would've seen these reviews before purchasing. My story's pretty much the same as everyone else here - ordered in July 2025 - it's Sept now. I reached out to them 3-4 times. No response after the initial auto reply.

I hate that I have to do this but people need to be wary. I previously ordered from this company and the communication was top tier. I don't know what happened after February or March but apparently they are just stealing people's money, not fulfilling orders and have gone radio silent! I really wanted to support this creative...but to leave people with no answers, no refund, no product...is deplorable.

I tried!! I really tries to show support BUT that was a lost cause! I ordered previously and DID receive my order with a delay....but i did get it! I told myself NOT to support but my judgment got the best one amd placed another order July 21st and here it's August 21st and NOTHING!! NO EMAIL, NO ORDER, NO REFUND, NOTHING!!!? BUYERS BEWARE!! IF IN X OUT KNOW THEYRE OUT OF BUSINESS....POST IT!! DON'T BE A THIEF AND CONTINUE TAKING ORDERS AND A CUSTOMERS MONEY!! BBB WILL BE INFORMED!!

So sad, I first ordered in feb 2025, and I received my stuff, loved it. Then March 26th I ordered another jacket. After 2 months and me emailing them about the delay, I was told their machines didn't work. Now almost 5mon, never received communication from them and no product, communication or refund. Based on other reviews here, im just out of $150. Here I was showing my support for specifically small owned business...

I ordered back in 2022 and got my jacket with no issue. I purchased again in March of 2025 and the last response received in April that it would be shipped by the 18th. After that it's been on mute, no response

It appears the company is no longer in business and has refused to issue a refund, while also ceasing all communication. I have since contacted my bank to dispute the charge and am currently in the process of trying to recover my payment for an order placed on March 9th, which I still have not received as of August 11th.

My original order was placed in March of 2025. I reached out to them at the end of April to get the status of my order. I was told they'd experienced an issue with one of their machines, and my order would be sent by the end of that week. My order never arrived. I have requested a refund by email and no one has responded.

I purchased the Grace Jones tshirt back in March and never received it. They refused to refund me so I had to dispute it through my credit card company. 😡

I ordered from this company numerous times. I never had the issue I’m dealing with now. And i see from other reviews folks are going through the same experience. I ordered 3 hats April 24th 2025. It’s been over 2 months and still haven’t received my order. I emailed them, i was told they were having issues with the machine. Then told me my product was in Que. I couldn’t get a refund because it was past the refund point. But they should honor that because it’s been way too long. Never supporting this business again. Idk who running things over there now but they suck bad!

Me and my mom purchased a jacket and hat from this company on March 3rd and this shipment still hasn't been received. We've sent it several emails regarding this matter since March. And the response is always they're experiencing shipping delays. Four months is unreasonable and they're not wanting to issue the refund.

Ordered some items and, at first, had no problem. A few months ago, they sent out a message saying they had equipment problems but were working to fix things and fulfill orders. A month went by with no further communication. I reached out again. Crickets. I've requested a refund but am not expecting to get anything. I was trying to support the business. I am done. I don't even know if they're still in business. If so, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! They’re a scam! Been over 2 months since I ordered and still have not received it. Based on other reviews this is typical for them. They don’t give refunds either so basically they’re just taking your money and running with it.

I really want to support this company because it's black owned and the clothing is unique. However, they really need to work on their production and the amount of time it takes for an order to be delivered. I placed an order on March 1st 2025, it is now May 16th, 2025 and I still have yet to receive my package. This is my second time ordering with them and had the same issue with that order as well. I was hoping it would be better this time but I was wrong. Very disappointing

Don't waste time ordered 12/2/24 2 emails later received tracking number 1/2/25 (after Xmas) 1/6/25 still no product FINALLY received order 1/9/25 NEVER AGAIN

I ordered some items May 28th. They stated I should receive a tracking June 18th. It's June 21st. Never again will I support this brand.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I waited an entire month for my jacket to come in. When I finally received the jacket it was tagged as a 2x but fit like a small. I had my daughter try it on and it fit her perfectly. I believe the company tagged a small jacket as a 2x so they wouldn't have to give my money back. I emailed the company with the information presented above and I requested a full REFUND. I WAS ADVISED I CAN ONLY GET A STORE CREDIT. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!

I placed an order, I contacted customer service I was told my order was set to ship on a specific date my order never shipped. I received no information pertaining to my order anymore afterwards. At this point I feel like I was just scammed, I tried to support a small business but I won’t again. I have purchased from this company before with absolutely no problems at all, but this time the service has been pure crap! I just would not recommend wasting time, if they can’t improve their customer service and not lie to customers and make them feel scammed.
