I ordered 2 sun dresses direct from inoava.com I was offered the option of paying for them through Amazon Pay and since I have an Amazon account, that's what I did. I have a confirmation that Amazon paid Inoava for my order but no confirmation from Inoava. I have sent 3 separate messages to the company from 2 different platforms and have had ZERO response. It has now been over a week since the order and payment and I still have nothing.

I placed an order for a dress on 10/8/22. It was not until 10/20/22 at 10:36 pm that the seller sent me an email stating the item was on back order and would not arrive for an additional 5 days. I should have been told it was not available when I placed the order. Although the seller says he will refund my purchase, I am left without a dress for a planned special event. If I had been informed at the time, I would have made other plans. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication with this seller.

I bought a light brown reversible belt (order # 561758) on 9/22. You sent me a dark brown belt that is not the same as the one in the picture on your website. Then, your customer service phone number never answers, and the customer service via text is rude and painful to deal with. First and last time I ever buy from you.

All of their contact info leads to an error message and I can’t get a hold of anyone to ask about my order which still hasn’t shipped after almost two weeks.

Never received a shipping notice and canceled my Amex charge.

This is not the same dress as you show, the dress Received did not have buttons on front of dress , how can I get what we ordered. Thanks

I have ordered I pad with sim card yest I have not received. You taken out two installment. Please return my money It is too much trouble. I never purchased your product in future. Thanks

I did not received an e-mail or a message after paying for my order. I do not even know the order number for my purchase.

This website is weirdly suspicious. Haven't got an email that would confirm my order, I don't know if it was sent or if it's still processing. I placed my order over a week ago and still got no info about it.

I ordered a item that says there was over 1000 in stock then they refunded me with no explanation and when I emailed support all they said is it was out of stock and wouldn’t tell me if there was a different size in stock or anything similar they just canceled my order I will not ever order from them again

Follow up to my recent review: Today I received a text saying my money had been refunded. I checked my email and received my first communication from Inoava since my February 21 order saying they were refunding my money because the item was out of stock. What horrible customer service!

My package still says processing after almost a week now! I’ll be happy when it ships till then I’m unsatisfied!

Took way too long to process order and ship. poor communication had to email if had shipped yet then was shipped after I inquired.

The rate is due to a lack of correspondes. I have no idea of my delivery date.

Products arrived just as promised, and also ontime.

On the 11 for a wedding on sat out of town.
Needless to say it did not arrive!
But they did refund my money pretty quickl!
