It worked OK for about a year, then I noticed at the beginning of this year there were no toll charges. I had a positive account balance on their website. I was unable to contact them via web, email, or telephone other than to leave messages. I finally just canceled the account via their website. It has been over a month since then and even though their website response was that a refund would take about two weeks, nothing so far. I am now locked out of their website since I closed the account. Would not recommend their service.

I’ve been using this company for over a year. This company is through “open roads” fuel card for discount diesel fuel for truckers and rv’ers. The TOLLPAL transponder doesn’t work properly and can you will get bills in the mail with hefty late fees. Both companies don’t have phone numbers or customer service but here’s the number I got after several month, (972) 532-7473. Good luck with this company.
