Skilled and Dedicated Developer

We had the pleasure of working with Jose Maria from IDX Innovadeluxe to resolve a complex technical issue on our PrestaShop store, and we are extremely satisfied with his professionalism and dedication.

He not only identified and fixed a critical error that was preventing the cart from displaying correctly but also took the time to perform thorough testing to analyze a pricing issue. His clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine effort to help us find solutions were greatly appreciated.

They are a very good support team

They are a very good support team, I had my shop destroyed, many things were failing, I have been modifying it myself and I am not a programmer. Little by little they have been solving everything and they have left it like new. Now the shop works very well and nothing fails. I am very grateful.

Very good product.

A module to make configurable products really good. It allows me to make all kinds of configurators, as well as product packs. Undoubtedly the best I have seen.

They do not support their modules

They do not support their modules.

We purchased a module from them on PrestaShop addons. We had an issue with the module and started a ticket with them. When we started the ticket we had about 3 weeks of active support left. They did not answer the ticket until 4 weeks later and told us I support had expired. They wanted us to purchase more support, to solve the problem that they would not address when our support was active.
