Repeat order of massager, very good quality

Found what I needed and placed order, had notice of its delivery journey and received my order quickly. This was a repeat order so I could gift massager to family. Very pleased with quality and performance, much better than cheaper similar items available elsewhere. Would highly recommend this. Good product, good service.

The air fryer was faulty

The air fryer was faulty, I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks to have The Air fryer collected, and still in my house, I’ve stayed home waiting all day on 3 different days being promised a collection , the service is disgusting,
I will go to the ombudsman now to disgrace this terrible company.

Not as good as i expected it to be .Not…

Not as good as i expected it to be .Not enough infro on how to use & set for cooking most items . Dont give any detail about pre heating times in fact none at all i found !!

Bought a hallway chest of drawers not one drawer fits they all fall. One side collapses or both sides.
Never will buy from them again

Bulb failure solved...

My 12-litre Airfrier, which I love and use a lot, had a bulb failure, so I was looking for a solution to replace it.
Naturally, I first looked at the manufacturer's website, Innoteck, where I could order a replacement bulb at a naturally reasonable price, and it arrived within three days with free delivery.
I would especially like to point out that the manufacturer's website also clearly explains the replacement procedure.
I can only recommend the manufacturer's products and their customer-oriented customer support.

Highly Recommend

Ordered a bottom tray for my air dryer oven. Free delivery very reasonable price come within 3 days can not fault this company. Highly recommend.

Excellent piece of technology

Innoteck have made an excellent air fryer mini oven in this item. Instructions could have been a little clearer for operating, but with perseverance this air fryer is a great bit of kit.

Simple to use & stylish

Simple to use, everything I've cooked in it has been exceptional. Doesn't take up to much room on my countertop and looks stylish.
I definitely recommend this airfryer.

Corresponding with Innoteck.

After ordering item delivered quickly. On arrival it was damaged and had to be returned to Innoteck. Contact by telephone was disappointing as all correspondence was via e-mail taking longer to complete procedures.
However no problems in returning item.
