Excellent & kind service
It turns out I had repurchased InnerFlo in error. I got the kindest of emails from a lady called Connie who was so reassuring & helpful wrt sorting my situation out. It’s a shame but service like this is not the norm! I will be allocating time in my diary from now on to listen as I clearly need reminding. Initially I loved it
Initially I loved it. Then, I started to get errors again, and again, and again. I contacted support and they made me reset my password, didn’t work. Delete and redownload app, didn’t work. I ended up cancelling as Candy crush is more reliable than an app people need in a time of need!
