I recently took one of the Inner Me tests after a particularly busy six months. We'd just moved house and, between the packing, endless to-do lists and settling into new routines, my diet had definitely taken a back seat.

I wanted to get a clearer picture of what was going on and understand where I should focus my efforts moving forward.

The whole process was incredibly straightforward from start to finish. I chose the at-home finger-prick test, which was quick, easy to do and really convenient.

When my results came back, I was impressed by how clearly everything was explained. Each biomarker was broken down in plain English, so I actually understood what the results meant and why they mattered, rather than just looking at numbers with no context.

A few of my markers were outside the optimal range, which genuinely surprised me. There was nothing concerning, but it highlighted areas of my diet and lifestyle that I'd unintentionally neglected over the last few months. Having that insight has given me a much clearer idea of where to make small changes that could have a real impact.

It's an easy process, the results are genuinely useful, and it gave me information I wouldn't have known otherwise.
