Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage. Customer service is a joke. Product was a cheap knock-off of what I ordered. Refusing me a return. I highly recommend you avoid this company at all cost.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give a 0 star if I could. Purchased on December 23rd, and just received both shirts I ordered today, needless to say both shirts were not as pictured and were both extremely cheap. I bought the Colorado Avalanche vintage sweater, and the Casual retro striped lapel long sleeve shirt. The retro long sleeve shirt is made entirely out of polyester, with a printed graphic on it to make it look striped, and the Colorado avalanche sweater does not have any embroidery on it at all, and the stitching is the worst I’ve ever seen. Will definitely be getting my money back one way or another.

Avoid this Company it is fake!!

Order and paid for 2 t-shirts. One month later my product not shipped and i could not find it using their tracking system!! Probably they just steal money!! The only i get is responses from a computer (defiantly not actual person who answers since they gave me every time the same answer: be patient). Avoid that Chinese fake company!

Shocking Quality !!!

Bought a tshirt. Was supposed to be white. Waited over a month with several messages getting same response. " please be patient " . It turned up today and it looks like a pair of tights with the king of hearts printed on it. No seams on it all. Awful product . Stay away

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have placed an order nearly a month ago and my package has been delivered to another city, in another province.

Also, I have been trying to contact anyone within this company to track my order or refund my purchase, but they have ignored every single complaint I’ve made by still telling me my package has been delivered... not to me!

Bought a number of shirts

Bought a number of shirts, all arrived with serious defects, nothing like were advertised and the quality very poor. Spent a third of the purchase price to return the goods and still haven't received my refund, the've been promising for months and each time trying to give me a voucher instead. Criminals! Run!

They state a 10 to 21 day shipping

They state a 10 to 21 day shipping, I ordered 5 items, 3 came in within a month, then 1 other at a month and a half...nothing yet on the last item. They appear to be US based, but everything comes from China (if it comes at all) Very disappointed with delivery. Items are ok quality...as expected

Crappy inlynew

I ordered a Chuckie doll. I received an action figure. I absolutely will never order from this company again. I would have been a great customer too. I spent over $40 dollars. All they offered to give me back was a discount that totaled $8.18. And they didnt send me the correct item. It is their fault. I would be fine if they just sent me the doll. Worst company that I have dealt with. Inlynew sucks!

I am reading the reviews of the company…

I am reading the reviews of the company and more or less the same has happened to all of us. I ordered 3 shirts, a total of 66 euros, they were terrible, very different from the photos on the website. I wanted to return them and they hit me (if I sent photos of the shirts, if the transaction number ...). They have told me that they cannot return the money because they cannot pay for the cost of transporting the shirts. which is very high. They offer me to keep the shirts and they give me 18 euros back or a 20 euro voucher. I have told them that if they cannot afford the return costs, that they do not sell products to those countries, that I want my money and that if they do not provide me with a return ticket, I will file a claim. They have not answered me yet.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I bought 3 T-Shirts for around £50, the items arrived but fitted terribly and were nothing like on the website.
I asked for a refund and was offered a £15 refund and to keep the T-Shirts, as they were no good I again asked for a refund, they made another counter offer of £20 refund and keep the T-Shirts, again, no good to me.
I have insisted that thet take the T-Shirts back and give me a full refund, which they eventually agreed to. It cost me £16 to send the items back to China, its been 2 weeks since they were signed for, still no refund.

Very dodgy site, the e mail address changes every time you try and contact them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Don't buy anything from them.
Always be careful with Shops from Facebook Ads. Many of them are Scams

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. After 1.5 month of waiting, i contacted the customer service. you can only talk with bots. Asking always the same questions. I have all evidence of what i´ve ordered and that i paid (paypal screenshots and transaction id). And they still asking me questions i´ve allready answered. 8 mails and another month later, i still have no refund or shirts.

Shocking customer service. Sent wrong items now multiple emails sent but I’m always replied to from a different name asking me for details as they can’t find my order despite me sending all my paperwork three times.

Worst online experience ever!

Worst online experience ever! Ordered some great looking shirts but received something quite different. Customer service is poor and no way they will or try to help besides mentioning what they can't do.
According to their terms and conditions on their website you are not charged for returning, shipping costs are not to be paid twice. But when you want to return they stall everything and want you to pay again.

Using multiple names in customer service and multiple websites to avoid troubles, exhausting.
