I recently had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience with Inlighte.com. I made a purchase from their website, expecting genuine products. However, what I received were clearly counterfeit items. The quality was subpar, and it was evident that these were not the authentic products advertised.

When I reached out to their customer service to address the issue, I received no response. It’s clear this company is engaging in fraudulent activities by selling counterfeit goods and then failing to provide any support or resolution.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Ignite.com Save your money and avoid the frustration of dealing with deceptive business practices.

Ordered a keyboy and got a cheap clone that didn't work.

Completely unresponsive customer service.
Since ordering I've learned I could have purchased on AliExpress for 1/3 the cost.

Very disappointed.

The shipping initially took a very long time. Then, when I finally received the device, it quickly started having power supply problems, and a very short battery life. Then it started cutting out in the middle of play time. It shortly went to having to be plugged in to have any power to not powering on at all in a very short amount of time. This all fell within their 15 day return policy, yet they would not take the product back. They wouldn’t admit to not taking it back. They just would say “can you take some pictures or video” … then not respond when I sent them the video or respond with totally irrelevant help steps when it’s very obvious the device has a power source /battery issue that can only be solved with the device being returned. They denied my repeated request to return the device for a full refund. I deeply regret buying this product. The game selection is not great and some of the games don’t work really well on the and don’t save very well on the device.
Very poor execution.

I would like to give a lower than 1 star as I believe this company is fake. I have waited over five weeks with no arrival and there have been a number of emails saying it will arrive 'later this week or early next week' but it has not come. Anyone here who says they have received their order is probably fake as well. Not happy. One disappointed person who did not receive their birthday present and will probably not receive it for Christmas either at this rate.

Take months to ship and then swapped the goods for some sort of motor. Ridiculous and terrible company with fake goods.

Have waited for 2 weeks for shipping information that was supposed to be processed in 1-2 business days. Multiple emails have not been returned. To beat it all I received an email today asking how I liked my order.

The key boy is a cloned device. This product is a cheap cloned r36s running emuelec. You will not be able to save any progress. The advertised buttons do not work. The customer service will absolutely refuse a return or refund. Please avoid.

An absolute scam. Buyer beware. Will ship your product months late and then say they do not accept returns, which is completely counter to the return policy on their website. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have to confess I was alarmed by some of the one start reviews this company has received.
The support team at Inlight were very patient with me as I bombarded them with enquires.
However I am happy to say that I received the items I ordered & I am very satisfied with the service Inlighte provide to me.
Please do not let the one star reviews upset you as they are a bad reflection on the company and I feel somewhat mislead.

got my console maybe 1 month to 6 weeks after ordering. which was way past promised time of delivery. got this console for the rpgs that i liked growing up and it has them all in english (thankfully). unfortunately after some digging i found out you cant even save your progress on any of the games! put 4 hours into final fantasy tactics went to bed. next day says no data! what a load of bullocks this product is. Best scam ive fallen for in my life!

I placed my order Nov 1. Inlighte processed my payment immediately.

It is now Nov 20 and I have no indication that the Keyboy gaming consolle has been shipped despite reaching out to customer service. I have now cancelled and am awaiting a refund.

Never got my order!!! I hate them.

Firstly it says “3-7” days delivery; I ordered on 18th October, now 12th November and the tracking info says it’s in Hong Kong.

Secondly, and even more to the point, you can get the “keyboy” console they offer on Temu for £30 or Aliexpress for £25.

I purchased because it looked like a decent version of these dodgy things you get from China but I should’ve checked Ali and Temu first to make sure of the price. So it is basically a scam, license to steal.

They are not responding to my emails for a refund and cancellation of the order just 30 minutes after i placed it. I am an EU citizen and I got the right to refund it straight away. They are ignoring all emails and communication.

Complete utter scam of a company. I fell for it should've known better they advertise all over Facebook and Snapchat, trying to sell an R369 aka keyboy I paid 175 for it haven't even got it been waiting over 2 weeks despite them saying 3-7 days plus an email stating I would get it "soon" they refuse to refund me these people out to be in jail lousy scamming bastards, karma sucks and it gets us all one day

They’re definitely running a shady business. My console arrived 4 weeks after they took the money, and upon turning it on, any game I pick makes the brightness of the screen drops to 1%. When I reached out with video proofs, they ignored my email, ignore my dms on Instagram. And they delete all negative comments of anyone criticizing them. So yea. I just have to charged back because why are you out here scamming people?

Hi, I ordered three little Game boys for me and my two children. Nothing ever arrived, I chased them up after one week. I got sent a long email, saying they have loads of orders and they’re a bit behind schedule but it will arrive soon. Now they are completely ignoring all of my emails, absolutely seems like a scam. Hopefully Instagram shut them down.

The KeyBoy from Inlighte is just a 120 USD R36S Console you can get anywhere for around 20 to 30 USD. Even worse, shipping takes weeks and weeks! And even more worse, they don't even sell "genuine" R36S with ArkOS but a cheaper knockoff clone with a Version of EmuElec. This means worse performance, worse battery life and worse quality than what basically already just is a cheap chinese console. For no reason on this earth should you buy from them!

Scam, delivery time is a scam. If you want a refund they just ignoring your messages! Do not Trust these people. I will sue them.

Scam site! Never ship anything or respond!
