As explained above

We were extremely disappointed because your website claimed that your ink cartridges were compatible with our Epson WF 3820 printer but our printer refused to recognise the cartridge so we've wasted our money. Very disappointing because we've now had to purchase the correct ones at an extra cost and we now have 3 black cartridges which we cannot use. Having said that, your service and delivery were great.
