The worst quality possible
The worst quality possible. Colors not matching between the validated design (dark grey) and the received product (yellow). A support not even acknowledging it. Extremely disappointment for the 4th time with their services.
And of course, no refund.
Do not send them your design, they will spoil it!

Professional, Punctual and Perfect!
I recently placed a custom order for keychains with Inkmonk, and I am very impressed with the quality and customer service. They expedited our order since we needed it quickly, but did not compromise on the quality and made sure it was exactly what we wanted. Chithra and the design team included mock-ups and essential details every step of the way. There was a notification for each step of the order from process to delivery. I plan to continue using their services. Highly recommended.
