I have written many times to their customer support email address....support(at)inkjetsuperstore(dot)ca...& they refuse to reply. I am not the only one, as there are many, many negative reviews. This company is morally bankrupt, & I will NEVER buy from them again! Their products are not always great & if you have an issue...or just a simple question, they will not answer...so why do business with a company that mistreats their customers! Buy elsewhere!

I HAVE BEEN BUYING MY OFFICE SUPPLIES FROM InkjetSuperstore for close to 10+ years and I have never ever been disappointed. Products are always "Top Notch" . . Prices unbeatable . . and delivery at my door like a flash - products are well packaged and perform exceptionally well -

I bought bottles of ink from their website. Some bottles showed codes which differed from the manufacturer's codes, others showed no codes at all. The ambiguity resulted in the wrong inks being sent. When the issue was brought to their attention they responded, basically, that they sent what I ordered. They did not even acknowledge their poor descriptions. I will avoid them in the future.

I worked in the company for 10 years, the last ones as a freelancer. Before they told me they would no longer have my services they asked to me to teach to other employees about my work, although they owed me 10 months of work at the time.

I waited for the payment before doing my part of explaining to my co-workers about my tasks in the company. They paid me less than the half belatedly and the other part was never paid.

Since then, I request the payment daily without answers.

they had it, it wasn't super expensive and it works just fine. I love my old printer :)

Do Not Use This Store. The website is not accurate and does not help in your purchase selection. When I reached out to customer support they disregarded ALL the information I provided and instead directed me BACK to the same dysfunctional website and insisted they responded to my request. After an additional response from me they went into full denial and insisted that I was wrong. Well the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT. In addition I provided a chronological and detailed rebuttal which was disregarded. This company is a waste of time . Buyer beware.
