VERY long delay with orders; poor communication regarding shipping

Placed order Aug 13 from Facebook ad (not smart of me). No shipping ETA provided. I assumed "worst case, 2 weeks?". Wrong. Today, Aug 22nd, I was just notified that the order was shipped from Hangzhou, China (no mention of that in order process - delay or destination) with ETA of Sept 9th - nearly 1 month after placing order. VERY poor communication regarding estimated shipping time. I would never order from this company again.
