WARNING! This is a scam business. They delivered a non functioning ink cartridge and they are doing nothing to correct the problem. All they do is send replies like "we have sent this to our support", " our customer service department is investigating", "we have contacted our supplier".

read fine print about arrival date
The ink worked perfectly, but despite the website saying 'arrives in 3 days' on the order form it did say it would take 10 days. Which I found out when I was going to complain that it still hadn't arrived after a week. Alls well that ends well, but I really wanted to get back to printing earlier.

InkEurope Bad after sales service and negative dealing
InkEurope is the worst toner supplier in Europe especially after sales, I am their customer since 2 years bought several items from them, many were not computable to my printer they have replaced it freely, but when it comes to returning any item for any reason they found snaky way to not refunding your money back.
Last transaction which drove me to write this review was wrong selected laser toner set, I bought the correct one from them and returned the wrong one, but because the post office delivered it to nearest office to them they refuse to send someone to receive it and let it returned to me after I have paid same cost of the toner for transpiration.
That is very very bad service and be careful if your item is wrong you will lose your money.

Unfortunately, we are unable to receive packages that have been sent to a parcel shop. And there are 2 reasons for that.
1) We are a webshop and do not have the option of being able to drive to parcel shops and pick up parcels, there are no companies that do that
2) IF we could drive to a parcel shop, then we have no possibility of getting a parcel delivered. You need a code and a different number to be able to get parcels delivered, and as a company you can't get one sent from the shipping company either, precisely because it's not an option.
So it is therefore very important that you send your return package as a business package to our business address.
I'm sorry I can't help you, but as long as we haven't received a return package, we can't move forward.
