They gave me a partial refund for a purchase that was not made by me! Fraud!

You need to write a good review. How can I when the money hasn't been returned to my account yet? Send the money to my account first, then write a review.

Emerald helped me to cancel and be refunded the amount that I was charged. I don't know how this got charged to me, but the Emerald escalation team helped me with this and I really appreciate it! Thank you.

I asked numerous times for cancelation and it said it was then the next payment was still taken out & said i still had a subscription and credits were added. I again asked for cancelation again same thing happened. I have also asked for ALLig my information yo be REMOVED COMPLETELY from the system so this will not keep happening and money is continuously taken out of my account! So for me to get compensated I am required to give a review which I did but it was not to satisfactory standards unless I gave a 4-5 star review. I was asked to edit my stars from a 2 to a 4. Somehow my credit card was charged by this company and 4 others so I emailed them and requested my money back due to fraudulent activity. They were very quick to respond and quick to come to a resolution with my issues and am awaitíng the return of my money. Support is amazing. Thanks again inkpad.

The response to this situation is quite commendable and although I am quite upset that I was ushered into a membership that I had no intention of starting nor knew about. When trying to order a Matebook I was witnessing charges that I did not initiate but could not stop. I believe that this was caused by someone who is mimicking a legitimate company and stealing money from the orders of these Matebooks. I have initiated an FBI investigation into this.

Customer service is very helpful and understanding about canceling my account and issuing a refund.

In spite of their nonrefund policy the Escalation team has decided to rightfully refund me. I hope other customers will be careful when ordering online.
