I've purchased 3 prints in total from InkaArthouse! Each piece is fabulous, arrived well packaged & the postage is fast!
The prints are clear & look exactly as they do online, I got 2 prints in frames, the frames are sturdy & make the pieces look fabulous!

Great experience with this company.
I love their prints and placed my order. I was kept updated every step of the way. Unfortunately my print was stolen from my doorstep, which was very upsetting. However, Inka completely changed the experience. I emailed to let them know it had happened and Ellis from Inka responded to tell me that they would be sending a replacement to me. He also was so sympathetic and kind in his email, I was really touched.

High quality products, fast inter-state delivery and everything was well protected in shipping. I absolutely cannot fault the customer service - fast responses, very helpful and looked after me so well. I will be using Inka for all my prints in future trust me!!!

A beautiful range of art, quality framed and packed securely for delivery. This art was quite unique and I love how well it looks in my room.

Would have to tell you to get the A2 rather than A3. A3 didn’t do the art justice. But the paper was great, so thick! Image quality was really good, as well.

I was so surprised when I emailed Inka with a query about a product that an actual person replied, and with a really thoughtful/since message! Very responsive (even during a sale period), clarified the product specs that I was asking about, and all in a really friendly way. Excellent prints have a few now and frames great quality too.

The quality of these pictures and frames are so poor. They use cheap frames and plastic/ Perspex. No way are they worth the money- you can buy much higher quality frames form the Range! Don’t waste your money being seduced by the slick marketing

Very poor communication, except from initial order confirmation there was nothing. After a couple of weeks I contacted them and was told that there were delays due to christmas rush but delivery details would be provided as soon as possible (no firm dates despite them advertising delivery within a week). Another 2-3 weeks later and still nothing. Contacted them again and a day or 2 later finally got a shipment notification. Once it arrived it wasn't even the complete delivery. They should focus a bit more on customer service and actually delivering as promised and less on spamming everywhere on social media. I won't be ordering here again.

i ordered a poster from this company, however it arrived crumpled and damaged. As soon as I brought it to their attention, I was sent a replacement poster! No hassle, no questions, just excellent customer service.I highly recommend buying your posters from them!

Wonderful experience with Inka Arts. The frame is great quality and prints are beautiful. I had an issue with the print and they replaced it within a week. Customer service was fantastic
