Rubbish customer service; nice tattoos

Really liked the tattoos. They were easy to apply and lasted just over a week. Shame we only received two out of the three tattoos that we ordered and when I tried contacting the company there was no reply at all. Shame really as we would have liked to get more of the tattoos but with customer service like this I don't think we pay anymore.

I love my little Dino friend

I love my little Dino friend. Great for planned trips with friends without having to commit long term to a permanent design.

Bought these in April for a holiday…

Bought these in April for a holiday tomorrow. As they don’t last long thought it best to wait until the 11th hour. Unpackaged and only one design. I ordered two designs and only one was shipped.
Tried to contact the Company but it was a ‘noreply’ email.

Best Tattoo

The tattoo could have become a lil bit more dark, but overall it is still lasting after one week, it’s gorgeous and I really love it.

Finally really pleased

New review finally recieved my order and really pleased with it it is bespoke too and has worked really well
I would order again but be mindful it takes a while to get end product but worth it in the end

Appalling service

Appalling service, customised tattoo ordered on 27th Feb and still not received on 28th March- just emails from ‘Paulina’ telling me the order is on the way. Explained I had wanted the item for a funeral, requested a refund, just more empty platitudes and then my last email was undelivered. Do not order from this company

Edited on 31 March to say that the company asked me to submit my phone number to further discuss my order and consider changing my review ‘once I receive the order’. I have not yet received the order, or any contact from Ink Today. My emails now bounce back. I have requested a refund but am batted away

Update 4th April
A response to my many emails tells me yet again that my order is in production and will be 3-4 days before it is sent. I have asked to cancel and receive a refund on multiple dates but always receive this reply.

Do not waste your money and time ordering with this company

Your order is a custom tattoo, which requires a dedicated production process before shipping. As indicated on the product page, a dispatch date is provided prior to purchase, and at the time of your order (February 27th), the estimated delay was 27 days.

We also want to be fully transparent: as of today (March 28th), your order has not yet been shipped, which means we are a few days behind schedule. Your parcel is now scheduled to be dispatched this Tuesday.

To sincerely apologize for this delay, I have personally asked our production team to add an extra tattoo to your order at no cost.

We’re also sorry if the initial timeline was not visible enough — we are continuously working to make this clearer.

Regarding your messages, we’re here to help and would really like to resolve this properly with you. I invite you to reply to my previous request with your WhatsApp number, so we can assist you more efficiently and answer any remaining questions.

Once you receive and try your tattoos, we would truly appreciate if you could update your review.

Items have not arrived/No update

Ordered two customised tattoos on 7th of March and have not heard from anyone since. I have contacted the email on their website but still no response. I hope someone can look into this as this is a recurring issue of this store.

Ordered a good few tattoos to try out

Ordered a good few tattoos to try out. Took just over two weeks to come but I am happy with them. I was missing one and when I messaged them they replied that night (different time zone) but they were straight on it and within two days said they were posting it out but it turns out it was just in a separate package and I got it yesterday. Paulina was a great help.

Terrible!

Terrible!! Lasted less than 24 hours. Followed instructions. Didn’t even become darker. Total waste of money. No response to my email

When this happens, we always give the same answer: we’ll send you a new tattoo for free so we can make it work properly on your skin.

Our goal is to have clients who enjoy using our tattoos every month, not just one-time customers.

So let’s make it work on your skin!

Sometimes this can happen if the tattoo is applied on a very dry area (under the feet, for example).
In that case, our natural ink may not penetrate well enough, which makes the result lighter.


It also happens that some clients forget to remove the protective film 😄

Hello,
I ordered three tattoos (order #1135).
I received my package, but it only contained one tattoo!
I already sent an email 10 days ago but still no answer!
