I ordered a bottle of La Roche Posay moisturiser. Unfortunately it arrived today but l am unable to authenticate the product as the QR code will not scan, and eventually brings me to a dodgy website and not the official La Roche Posay website. I rang the store this morning and was horrified by the condescending response I received from the lady on the phone. I am still shaking over how rude and unhelpful she was.
Please be aware that products from this site may be counterfeit, and their customer support will not provide you with understanding or assistance. I will be escalating this matter with the relevant bodies in Ireland as these counterfeit products pose a serious health risk

Just came across this online Pharmacy by accident. Ordered at 9.30 am on Thursday 12th Feb, was kept updated on status and my order was at my door by 11.00am following morning 13th Feb all the way from Buncrana Donegal. Now that's what you call a prompt service. I'm impressed. Will be my go to if I need a few items.

I ordered on Wednesday evening and my package arrived on Friday morning. Much cheaper than my own chemist I will definitely order again . Great service thank you

Donegal based pharmacy which has an excellent online shop - always good value & prompt delivery.

Will no longer stock Sudocrem due to the companies political stance. Inish Pharmacy advised that Sudocrem was bought by an Israeli company and this is why they no longer sell it.

Sudocrem is the brand I was recommened by my doctor to use on my baby.

Couldn't fault them at all. I often buy online. Goods always arrive quickly. They even put a free gift in the order which was a nice touch.

I’ve been buying from Inish for around 10 years - sometimes delivering to home in Sydney or wherever I happen to be in Europe (sometimes even in Ireland) - great service, always. My recent parcel went astray and the customer service was excellent and the situation was resolved. Highly recommend this company.

Shame on the pharmacy selling 3 month supply newborn product that will be out of date in 2 weeks!!! I will never ever purchase from Irish Pharmacy and will never recommend it, lost money as i was tricked and purchased 3 packs for 3 months supply probiotics that going in to the bin as date best before November 2025 wich is in 2 weeks!

To say I am truly disappointed with the service I received is an understatement. I've shopped with inish online for many years now so I decided to try the refer a friend scheme. One friend never received the link with it sent numerous times and the second person the link wouldn't work. The part I am most disappointed about and will make me not return was the response to the email I sent about this. They didn't try to resolve the problem and just decided to blame me. I will not be returning and I advise others to do the same as I now feel if an order was wrong this would be the same reaction from them.

One of the best websites around, anywhere. Fast shipping, excellent communications / refund policy on the very rare occasions I’ve had issues with a product.

I placed an order for multiple items, including one that was marked "in stock" but turned out not to be available. At first, I thought my email about waiting for it to come back in stock was ignored, but I later saw that they had replied. While I was disappointed that the item wasn’t available, I appreciate that they refunded me and did respond to my message. It would’ve been great if the stock status had been accurate from the start, but I’m glad they handled it in the end.
