They keep emailing me

They keep emailing me. Ive clicked unsubscribe, I've replied to their email to say I dont have any open cases with them. I reported them to the ICO today because they just won't stop. Don't use this company for anything.

Zero communication

Zero communication, zero updates. I was told in December I had to wait for the banks response and that could be 12 weeks after I registered a claim , we are now in Feb and they no longer respond to emails , what's app or text, avoid this at all costs , or at least don't set an expectation if you want money back anytime this side of the next millennium

i have given my scam case to them

i have given my scam case to them, i have never received call from, they do not have any actual phone number, whatever u will be given u will wait 1-2hr but nobody will show up, i was told that my one claim was successful, in 5th dec, still now i am chasing them to get money from from them, they do not have any communication skills, no email, no call, it feels like u will be thrown in deep dark room and they will run away, Avoid them at any cost

Utterly useless.

Utterly useless.

Take ages to reply then reply with different advice saying they have done something and they actually haven’t then give you different advice.

They lie and in the end say yes they are right no case.

Absolute waste of a year.

I also wrote a review last year which has soon as it was published they called me and asked me to remove it with promises of chasing up on the claim I had put in with them.

Extremely poor service.

None of my claims were successful after them messing me around telling me they had wrote to several companies and later back tracking with their advisor April on chat. Load of rubbish.

Very helpful

Ingram Toft really helped me when I was struggling with gambling and dealing with my bank. They were clear about what documents I needed and took their time to properly go through everything. They checked in often and kept me updated. Even when I felt overwhelmed, they encouraged me not to give up. I’m glad I got compensation from my bank, which helped me a lot. They’re patient, supportive and genuinely care about their clients.

Office full of dim-witted imbeciles

Must be ridiculously easy to get a law degree these days. These people were utterly useless — zero competence, zero communication. Not once did anyone bother to call or email with an update. And every time I rang, I either heard kids screaming in the background or got stuck talking to a woman with the interpersonal skills of a malnourished otter. Avoid at all costs!

I got told 3 times I would get a refund…

I got told 3 times I would get a refund and different days I still havnt received anything. Plz be ware this company is a scam

scammers stolen my money

Not a bad company but I was getting to…

Not a bad company but I was getting to many calls and emails chasing after the payment before the company had even sent it to me. Pure harassment. Not to forget the % they take is a bit OTT. Therefore for this reason. I wouldn’t use again.

Avoid this company!

Used this company years ago to deal with bright house, they managed to get compensation from bright house for me, and debt cleared after that. (for high fees I'd paid, and not having g had a credit check done, and got into debt) was all sorted, and was paying Ingram toft back there fees (£107)at £5 a week as agreed, this was back in 2017/18. Just had some other debt recovery woamm at my door, abkut MONEY I OWE BRIGHT HOUSE??? don't think so love! And closed the door! Now going to citizen advice as this was sorted years ago, and u paid these there fees! So if it hasn't been sorted, THESE OWE ME MONEY!

Amigo Loans Claim

Amigo Loans Claim, I done this my self through the Portal and i am now getting hounded by this company i have never spoke to this company nor have agreed for them to deal with my claim. they are calling demanding i transfer money when i have had no proof to say what they have done on my behalf and are asking for the wrong amount. they sent me bank details that also don't match the company details. i have contacted my own bank in relation to them.

I have had to block their number as they are calling in the middle of the night at times.

Also if you look up the company on companies house it appears the company is dissolved in 2021 under croft claims, this is the same company as according to the people it is Mary and Paul who people have mentioned in their reviews yet i have only had calls from a call centre from abroad. Scammers if you ask me.

In November 2021

In November 2021, I contacted them to help me recover over 20 thousand pounds lost to crypto scammers.

I gave them all the evidence and they contacted my Bank on my behalf. Bank refused to take any responsibilty and asked us to contact the financial ombudsman. I made several attempt to contact them to discuss the way forward. Ingramtoft disappeared and never got back to me. The financial onbudsman wasn't contacted and the time-frame has enlapsed.

I have been told by other solicitors that I had a very good case and that they would have been able to get my money back if it was still within the time-frame.

So I lost all that money due to the incompetence of ingramtoft. Beware!

We understand that losing money to scammers is distressing, and we sympathize with your situation. However, it’s important to note that we made multiple attempts to reach you via phone and email requesting further information to support your case. Unfortunately, we received no response.

Without your cooperation and the additional details we repeatedly asked for, we were unable to move your claim forward to the Financial Ombudsman. Had we received what we needed, we would have been in a position to submit your case on time. There is only so much we can do when clients choose not to engage with the process.

When leaving reviews, it’s best to be fair and balanced. We tried to help and communicated our needs; a lack of response on your end prevented us from taking the next steps. We remain confident in our ability to assist clients who work with us and provide the information required to pursue their claims effectively.
