Very disappointing experience with INF Plans. The sales team was very responsive when purchasing the policy, but once it came time to actually use the insurance, the support was extremely poor. Communication was slow and confusing, and getting clear answers about the claim process was almost impossible.

The whole process felt frustrating and stressful, especially when dealing with something as important as health insurance. I expected much better service and transparency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Please do thorough research before buying a policy from them.

These guys are a scam! I haven't received money for an approved claim for over 6 months now. They want me to write a physical letter to an underwriter overseas. Robin Assist is supposed to be their administrator.

When it comes to settling claims, INF points to Robin Assist, who points to "missing funds from an underwriter who they have no means to contact".

Just plain old delaying tactics, trying to get the customer get tired of making the claim/giving up.

I won't trust them with my business anymore. Buyer beware.
