Business Card printing

The Business cards we have printed are always of high quality and delivered very quick. We have used this service now for a number of years and they have never disappointed.

Flaky designing tool

EDIT: Sent the email again, apparently it never reached Easyprint as I, like said, haven’t received any answer.

The designing tool is somewhat untrustworthy. Even though I removed the example texts from business card template before adding my own picture on it, there was a word "Text" on my business card. As the picture in the front of the card is colourful, I didn't notice the extra word until I had the cards in my hand. Since I hadn't written the word on it I asked for Easyprint to take at least some responsibility. They credited my account with the whole sum so that's great and good customer service.
After this incident I knew to pay good attention when I ordered next time. I ordered some tees, new business cards and a hoodie. When designing the hoodie, I changed one main feature in the midst of planning (from "Mens" to "Womens") and didn't change anything else (i.e. colour or size. Funny enough, the colour didn't change to default grey but the size did, I found out when repeating my steps to find out how the h*ll the size had changed all of a sudden). I had already sent the order quite late at night when I noticed that the size was XS even though I had selected L. I immediately sent them an email asking to change the size, but unfortunately the next morning I was told the hoodie had been forwarded in their system so it couldn't be changed anymore. I told what had happened and that it was the software, not me, that had changed the size, but never heard back. Now I have a - as it's rubbish - rather expensive tiny hoodie on it's way, and have no use for it.
Positives are fast service and affordable prices (when you get what you meant to get). Not sure I'll order anything more in the future, might be better to stick with my old service provider as their designing tool doesn't have a mind of it's own.

Weird delivery hassle

Available payment mehods aren't listed clearly in the website. I tried to figure them out by proceeding in the workflow with a dummy order first, but after making my real design and proceeding again for real purchase, some payment methods that were there earlier were now disabled. Particularly disappointing that direct payment via web bank was not possible.

Delivery times are expressed badly - by definition delivery time means when customer will receive a shipment, but Easyprint's rules imply that they only send it out from factory at that time, meaning it could take indefinitely long before customer receives it.

In my case, delivery was faster than expected though, but it was a ridiculous circus as DHL's tracking page just said that delivery had been attempted but recipient was not at home. Well, I happened to be at home they didn't inform me, so the delivery guy had only been on the street apparently, and as such the delivery would have been impossible. I wonder why they waste time and resources for such guaranteed failures. So I had to be proactive and request new delivery from DHL's customer service, and for some inexplicable reason they only allow delivery to home, meaning you have to be there for several hours, and the most obvious and reasonable delivery type ie. fetching the package from their delivery point whenever you want is not possible. It's not quite acceptable that customer has to go through this much work, confusion and stress to get what they purchased.

Business card quality was ok, although cutting is not perfect so there are small white unprinted stripes at some edges.

Easy improvements to do: 1) allow direct web bank payment, 2) make delivery rules clear and fair, 3) contact customer before delivery attempt, 4) allow fetching package from delivery point instead of forcing delivery to home. With these fixed my rating would be 4, missing only 1 star for minor quality defects.

We are really sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our services. It is something we are, of course, sad to hear but that we do take into account for future improvements.

We are somewhat concerned as to what you're saying regarding our delivery times and believe there might have been confusion. The dates we give in the order email you first received are estimates only of when your order will be processed. Then, once you receive your confirmation email, we give you an estimated delivery date. For you, it was the 28th and it appears - like you said - that your parcel was delivered on the 27th.

Unfortunately, as soon as the parcel leaves our factory, it is the delivery company's responsibility. There is little we can do except for reaching them while they are still delivering your parcel. To do so, we need our customers to contact us first and let us know which problem is occurring. However, any failed delivery attempts from DHL or any other companies are out of our control and this isn't something we would be able to improve, we're afraid.

The package should be more protected

The package should be more protected. I only had a cardboard protecting one of the orders. The quality of the products are good. Time for deliver were good too.

Very good

Prompt despatch as per requirements however issues with DHL on requireing signature caused unnecessary hassle. Took two attempts to get parcel.

if i could give 0 stars I would

if i could give 0 stars I would. This company send me a roller banner which is terrible quality. The metal all flimsy and breaking and not strong enough to hold it up which poses health and safety risk. Also image was blurry and colour dull. They don't bother reading the notes you put on the order. I would definitely avoid. Don't know how they have positive reviews but i'm guessing they got people to write them for them. This is just an honest opinion from a small business owner.
