On March 15, 2026, I paid $60 for their 6-month credit repair service, and as of June 5, 2026, absolutely nothing has been done. I’ve sent multiple emails, reached out through Facebook and Instagram, and even contacted customer support by email, but no one has responded. No one has shown any concern or given me updates. I feel ripped off—$60 gone, plus extra fees for credit monitoring. Not a single letter sent, no score improvement, no communication about progress or actions taken. I was completely ghosted. Then, to top it off, they emailed me yesterday saying they’re ending the 6-month program and I’d need to upgrade to another plan if I want continued help. They did nothing during the months I already paid for, so why would I give them more money? This is a total scam.

I appreciate the fact that you are trying to refund me my money but the account that you refunded the money to is no longer active. It has been closed down. I was told the refund will be rejected and sent back to you. So if you are trying to actually refund my money to me, you can reach out to me by the email that you have on file for another method for me to receive my refund. I appreciate it and thank you.

I’ve been with the company for 1 year and it’s been a great experience. I’ve had the chance to grow, take on more responsibility, and really develop my skills. The team is supportive, leadership is approachable, and hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Definitely a place where you can build and improve yourself.

As a consumer purchasing services, this company does so little to keep you in the loop. Although the prices are great, it seems like you get what you pay for… there’s no 1:1 accountability checks or personal meetings. You have no way of contacting Patrice herself as you are stuck with support who do little to nothing in terms of providing vague responses. Although I did purchase the 6 month, I am 4 months in and have been extremely dissatisfied. This company needs to take accountability and there’s so much more I wish this company provided than to falsely advertise what is listed in their package details before you order. Beware and be cautious before you’re stuck in paying for a service that does so little to keep you informed (ironic)

Never did any work on my credit repair it’s been three days . I log in to my account everything is blank and no data on my credit bureaus . The service is terrible and they are taking too long and took my $39.00 for nothing

She wasnt in a rush and she gave me answers to every question I asked her.
Most of all it wasnt a scam or she was saying pay to join or pay for info and she said feel free to contact anytime you need to.
You get to talk to her and not a video.
