Con artists from start to finish, you have more chances of joining MI5 than getting any information from this shower of s**t. Password's that don’t work, limit reached before you’ve actually found any information then after an hour ringing the helpline sending emails the site crashes just before the tantalising information is shown! Crap from start to finish, make sure you cancel before the £39 subscription starts, or save yourself 50p walk into a pub and ask if anybody knows who you’re looking for! More chance of gaining any information than wasting your time with this shower, awful, dreadful, useless waste of time. Please beware and avoid, just don’t, don’t even be tempted!

Info-findr is a subscription scam
No results produced

Said they had results, paid 50p to find they had no results. Wish I had read these reviews first!

Small print tick box says that 50p for access to a single record is actually a 48 hour trial and that you are signing up for £39 per month.

Reply from Info Findr
As previously stated proper con merchants avoid at all costs as soon as you give your card details your signed up to a monthly subscription which is apparently in the small print.

Said it found a result what I was looking for and charged me to then tell me the result wasn’t found

Total scam! beware and do not use their service. It was showing me there were report to give which was blurred.
Like others paid 50p for a report, didn't notice the £39 subscription due to not reading the small print. Won't make that mistake again in a hurry! I was looking for an address for a phone number. The indicative report on the payments page stated there were 3 addresses associated with the phone number, hence why I thought 50p was a reasonable price to pay for the information. On obtaining the report however it then stated there was no information. So I was lured/conned into paying the 50p for nothing and consequently the £39. Total scammers. This is how they live but conning people like us. Learnt a lesson. .

Once again on these kind of sites the terms and conditions do not clearly state just how much and how long( apparently for eternity…) a subscription lasts for. Yes of course it’s there but it’s in normal type and not obvious for obvious reasons!
Do not use or subscribe unless you have a bottomless pit of money.

As with all the other's that have fallen for this scam I too was duped but fortunately for me the £0.50 pence red-flaged with my bank whom warned me it was a scam and blocked the transaction. I then read the t&c's and promptly cancelled my subscription just to be on the safe side.
Total con!

Have researched to find the legal entity behind this and it would appear to be a company set up in March 2021 with an address in Cork, one shareholder, one director and one Key Executive - probably the same person.

This is a scam - I registered, paid the £39.00 for the month and not once did I get a successful result, not even close - it couldn't find me after providing all my details. It couldn't find any friend, neighbour or associate.
I contacted and was promised a reply which never came.
Waste of time and money.

Like some other reviewers here, I was looking for information and went through the process of filling in the online payment form. However, I had understood the 50p charge and the subsequent £39 monthly subscription charge to follow. When I didn't receive any download for the information requested, I immediately cancelled the subscription. At the time of writing this review, so far the 50p charge has not appeared to have been taken from my bank however, it's only been around 30 minutes since I made the transaction. Maybe the INFO-FINDR is merely a way to gather our credit/debit card info in order to hit us later on.
I have therefore, informed my bank and explained the situation and I suggest that you do the same. I am also in the process of reporting the site to: fca.org.uk/
You might want to do this also in order to try and save someone else's time in dealing with these scamming scum.
By the way, don't forget to tick the box after you write your review, in order to let the feckers know we're on to them.

Echoing all the other reviews. There was nothing to indicate I was signing up for an expensive subscription. You are sent credentials to login that don't work and then you can't even reset the password. I have emailed them, I doubt I'll see my £39 again. Just had to cancel my card, very inconvenient.

This is a scam. I paid 50p and got no information, then checked the reviews. I'm glad I did, as I wouldn't have noticed that they would automatically take £39 subscription unless I cancelled. It's very sneaky to put that bit in the email about login rather than in the payment confirmation. Needless to say, I cancelled immediately and have kept the email confirmation of cancellation. If they try to take the money, I'll be straight onto my bank!

Reply from Info Findr
Straight away tried to take £39 from my bank, i never accepted the every month amount unless cancelled.
they sent a password that would not work, when i tried the forgot password for a new one the site said no account with my e mail so could not get a new password.
asked about the 0970 number on the internet and says 0970 numbers are scam numbers.
Rang my bank and had to cancel my card and have bank send out new one AVOID this site

Do not use these fraudster scumbags. As below, they take 50p, then, nothing. Emailed them, and again, nothing. I'm glad I read these reviews before loosing more money. Contacted my bank and cancelled any more dealings with the scum.
I'm going to report them to the Financial ombudsman now.
