I have ordered several items from . Quality has deteriorated and nonexistent Customer Service. Time to receive orders far exceeds the estimated leadtime they provide. They do not provide order updates. I ordered an item that immediately started falling apart after about one use. Took pictures and submitted it and got zero response. I will not order from them ever again. Currently waiting for one shirt from an order that I placed a month ago.

Place my simple order for a short sleeved t shirt and and polo shirt on 9-29-26. On 10-31-26 order has still not been fulfilled. Company said they have THOUSANDS of orders and rely on outsourcing which they have no control over. However my credit card was charged the day of the order. BEWARE!!!!!

Like many others, I have experienced the complete lack of competence by Influxer. My order is now well beyond the delivery timeframes they gave. I have received every excuse in the book from them - they use third parties for production and shipping, lots of orders these days, items are only made on-demand, we don't have inventory, can't speed up or schedule shipping, etc., etc. I've filed a complaint with BBB as have many others. It's now at the point where I'm going to have my credit card company deal with them. I don't expect my athlete will receive one $0.01 from them.

I ordered merchandise over a month ago. The season is almost over. I contacted the company asking for a refund since they have not even shipped my merchandise. I was told that since the merchandise is custom made, they will not give a refund. I asked for an estimated shipment date since they have already missed the prior estimate of 5-10 business days and received no response. Do not order from them if you want to receive your merchandise in a timely fashion.

This company is a complete joke. How these schools allow this scam of a company represent them and present these kids with "NIL" opportunity to make a little money is an absolute joke. Several months ago probably almost 6 now the school presented this opportunity for the athletes to sell merch with their names sport etc on it and it allowed the athlete to make money off each item sold. Naturally we promoted it on social media etc and I as a parent definitely supported him. To this day my kid has not received one red cent from this scam of a company. Every single time it's an excuse, oh our system was down, we are having an issue with venmo, it's endless. At this point write him a check. I personally bought over $500 in merch. I guess my next complaint will be to the BBB. These people are impossible to get a hold of they keep giving my son the run around and they have had plenty of time to resolve this. We are not even talking about a lot of money. It's a small school it's not like this is D1 athletes here. I also don't understand why the university or the division sponsor has not stepped in either,mind blowing.

Don’t be a dang thing from this company I bought a $100 jersey and had to wait a month to get it with and had to ask them why is it taking so long just for them to say they haven’t shipped it yet. The worst part is the jersey was horrible and HUGE rip off from what I paid for and what it look like and I reported to customer service and they going to act dumb and say they delivered my order knowing dang well I said I would like a refund for this scandal but avoided my complaint

Cheap material cheaply done and ridiculously expensive - sadly this company says they are supporting student athletes and maybe they are but they are doing it with over priced cheaply made products. Avoid!

Great resource for athletes looking to grow their NIL

5-7 business days for a custom item really means 4 weeks or more. Time will tell if/when I receive my order.

Customer service is handled by a lone employee who is apparently a college student herself, who copies and pastes cookie-cutter responses to customer inquires.

At Influxer, there is no phone number you can call, nor anyone to email other than "Danielle", who likes to ghost customers that ask for help beyond the empty excuses she offers.

According to the BBB, this seems to be a pattern at Influxer.

I placed an order a month ago & it still has not been shipped. The website says 3-7 business days and all I’ve gotten in response to where my order is are excuses. They had a surge in sales etc. I haven reached out to cancel & not getting a response. This is horrible business. Support your players another way because this is absolutely not it!!!
