Total scam ordered 4 retractable straps recieved 1cheep on top of that it took almost 2 months to receive crap would avoid this company like it's the plague

I am also a person scammed by this company. Supposed to receive 4 retractable straps with case (and I was dumb enough to order 2 sets) and received 2 cheap straps that can be bought anywhere for less than 5 dollars.

took five weeks for this so called company to send me one ratchet strap when the add was for four retractable straps nothing but a scam artist that needs to be stopped from advertising anywhere.

I was excited by the idea of retractable tie down straps only to be left in utter disappointment. The advertisement said there were 4 self retractable tie downs, my disappointment is that I only got 2 regular tie downs that you can get from any hardware store.
Any seller on this platform needs to be held accountable for false advertising and fraud.
When you ask for a refund you get several counter offers to get a discount or keep the item in return for a positive review.
I say truly the cost to return an item is not as expensive as the vendor says.

Order 26 dec good delivery communication but when it arrived it was wrong product. Orderd Retractable Rachet Straps but what we got looked nothing like product an were NOT Retractable ! Have communicated with them since but they claim we have correct product!!! which is incorrect So we feel this is a falsely advertised product and still waiting reply from our last email. Won't buy from them again

Same experience as others here, advertised as a branded set of 4 ratchet straps, but received a super low cost single non retractable item, worth no more than a few bucks. It’s a shame that these fraudulent merchants are not prevented from ruining social media as a perfectly good sales channel.

Total scam. Ordered the pack of retractable ratchet straps and a month later received a single poor quality ratchet strap. These are the kind of people that destroy faith in online shopping.

Same as other, I ordered a set of automatic ratchet straps, a mont later a single, low quality non automatic one showed up.

Advertisement for a quality branded pack of four retractable ratchet straps, a month later a single unbranded low quality non retractable item. When I contacted them, the reply was that it was in line with that advertised. It also stated 70% off, which would mean they valued the single low quality item at £100 original price. Complete fraud.

Scam, ordered 4 automatic ratchet straps. And 3 weeks later received 1 manual strap, just another con doing the rounds on Instagram, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Company is a scam. Ordered a Christmas advent calendar from them and they sent me an empty binder. Customer service was awful and refused to acknowledge any mistake.

This set is a wonderfully whimsical addition to my crafting supplies. The bear template ruler is delightful, making crafting even more fun. Additionally, the waterproof lamp is another charm in itself. Resembling a jovial snowman, it adds a glowing charm to outdoor spaces. The solar feature ensures no worries on battery replacement. Both items have an innovative design, making them exceptional purchases.

I wish I had read reviews beforehand. The item I got was nothing like what I was supposed to receive.

I was also overcharged by about 20%, which was fortunately refunded to me. However when the poor quality and damaged item was eventually delivered, they refused to let me return it or claim a refund.

100% just a scam company.

Utter garbage. Deceitful advertising. Mis-describing items at over-inflated prices.

I have been waiting for two months for my order. This was a projector which displays things on the wall or ceiling. On the day they claimed that it had been delivered, a clear plastic dust sheet arrived instead.
I have been in constant contact trying to find out where my product is. They claimed that warehouse staff confirmed that the correct item was posted. I couldn't get them to check CCTV to see if someone switched it in the warehouse or whether they genuinely sent me the dust sheet. Someone somewhere is scamming the public so I hope that before you order anything from them, that you remember me saying THIS IS A SCAM. BUY ELSEWHERE.

I ordered from this company.If I could give them zero stars I would. First tracking said my order was stuck in Memphis for almost two weeks. Then they graciously sent me another order which then came from China, not Italy like the original. They claimed package was delivered, but when I spoke to my post office, they said the tracking number was not a real tracking number and they never received the package. They continue to argue with me that the package was delivered. I will never get my merchandise or money back from them, but I want to let others know my experience so that no one else loses their money to this company.

Rip off, AVIOD PLEASE! I bought 2 "global gps magnetic recievers" what i got were 2 cheap bigger than advertised plastic & not magnetic discs that have a range of 25 meters max (as long as there are no brick walls in the way!) I contacted them & they said return them at great exspence to China! (They came from Reading uk!) Emailed them twice & got lies & nowhere from them! The second item was suppost to be a high voltage 25,000,000 stun gun in the shape of a pen, i thought hows that gonna get through customs, 1 month & 5 days later it turns up delivered by Yodel. It got through customs because its a bbq lighter! Granted it's got a "voltage arc" that lights cigarettes, paper tissue/thin paper! On the back of package it says it has half-sine voltage of 7kv (funny advertised 25,000,000 volts!) I did try it on the heal of my foot, it is a little shock & it gives a tiny burn at the voltage points, but not as advertised! I'm not going to bother emailing them again to get more bs from them. I've excepted i got ripped off & will NEVER BUY FROM ANYONE ADVERTISED BY FACEBOOK ever again! Please believe my honest review of this scam company & avoid @ all costs unless you like to get ripped off. Im amazed this is their first review, so maybe they're new or keep changing their name! Hope this helps you all.
